I needed to get a plumber to a rental property in Yucca Valley and took a stab at finding a plumber that would call me back on a holiday weekend. I called 3 plumbers and Mahany called back, gave us some tips on how to save $$ and when we were ready to get them out they were there within an hour. Their guy had the toilet unclogged within a few minutes and charged a reasonable fee. The office gal, Sharon was professional and emailed me a copy of the invoice. I would definitely use John Mahany Plumbing again.

Casey came out and did a super job fixing a leaky swamp cooler cut off! We are having him come back in a couple of weeks to relocate that faucet and run a line for an ice maker for our refrigerator. Hope he is available! I spoke with Sharon in the office a few times and she was very helpful, Mahany Plumbing is now in my phone contacts and I will be using them for all of my plumbing needs! I am so glad they were recommended to us!

Terrible customer service. Called to get someone to come and look at my hot water heater. Was told Someone would be right over. The tech shows up and told me he was there to get my phone number because the office forgot to get it. Then He says he can not look at my hot water heater because he has other places to be. Then hours later I get a call back from the office lady telling me the tech has other places to go and he will come to me last since I am so close to their office. I called you people because you are close so you
Could get here quicker. It gets even more outrageous. The lady asks me if I can go measure my hot water heater so she can know if they have one that fits. So you forgot to get a customers phone number, told a customer someone would be right over to look at problem, only to send him for a phone number. Then you call back hours later to tell me he will be here at end of day. Then you want me to work for you by measuring a hot water tank. Seems to me like you people are more interested in trying to jump to conclusions to make the most money off of people,instead of giving good customer service and doing your job before worrying about the money. Im sure these techs do great work, but it all starts with the customer service. I would highly recommend replacing the scheduling woman as she has no customer service skills and is highly unprofessional.

Sean came out and quickly and professionally unclogged a major drain pain in our shower. He could not have been more pleasant and courteous. He was in and out and I would highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs.

John Mahany team has installed my plumbing from the ground up on my remodel. It has been over 1 year of working with them. Ed & Jason are nice guys and good plumbers - however, they are so short staffed we've dealt with a year of pulling teeth to get people to show up on time or at all, a grossly incompetent new hire who wasted a day of our time (and what he touched had to be repaired again) , and 2 items on our signed contract we had to bring in outside hires for since they flaked out on us. They are nice people, but there's a right way to do business and this isn't it. At the end of the day I wish I went with someone else & saved myself the head aches.
