I contacted Jack because the tile guy I used recommended him. I was impressed that he removed the flange for the toilet without charge at the time and trusted me to call him back when the tile guy finished. He came back and put in a new flange and told me he would guarantee his work. I have had issues with this toilet leaking and he felt he had remedied the problem. 7 months later I noticed water leaking from underneath the toilet. He did indeed come back with another plumber to fix it. He told me if it leaks, buy another toilet and he will reset it. He seemed knowledgeable and was respectful and clean.

He is tough to get in touch with. He understandably has an answering service but he does not return your call promptly if at all. Two weeks or so after the toilet was reset, it leaked. I called a week ago and again 4 days ago. Since he did not call back, I tried to do it myself. The shut off valve did not work so I had to shut off the water to the house. When I pulled the toilet the wax ring was only 1/8 th of an inch if that on the side of the toilet that was leaking and the inside diameter of the flange he put in was too wide to allow me to use a wax ring. I had not anticipated this and therefore was in a pickle. I called and left an urgent message with the answering service that I could not turn the house water on and I really needed a call back. Four days later and no call. I am disappointed. I reset the toilet myself .
