I called John Jones Plumbing Specialist and they came the next day. We hired 3 plumbers (from a different company) to try and locate a leak somewhere in the house. The 3 plumbers from a different company could not find any leaks. Month after month after month, our water bill was always high. We knew there was a leak somewhere....eventually John Jones plumber came out and located the leak. If only I would have known about John Jones Plumbing. I would recommend John Jones Plumbing. Also, the cost to come out was reasonable.

I used these guys for years and they were great, had the same plumber, John everytime and always a good price on the basics: new toilet, dripping faucets, small leaks and when It was something bigger, they referred me to someone else. Unfortunately, a few years ago, the old plumbers left and they got someone else for my area. The first job the fellow did was to put in a toilet, he never seated it properly and it has rocked the whole time; but he was a young plumber and I paid him and hoped for better later. Next time an older fellow came with an apprentice to fix my sink leak and faucet. He worked diligently for 2 hours and while the faucet worked good, the leak returned. The 3rd time, the young fellow was back. I had bought an entire shower replacement hardware, he put in the faucets and stuffed the rest in his pockets and said he was done. When I asked for the other pieces back, he said they couldn't be installed now, I told him I still wanted them for later. He made some excuse to go back in and knocked out 2 rows of my tile, and left it dirty...Okay, that was it. I did pay him; but I have written off John Jones...sometimes I wonder why I didn't just report the guy; but I felt they are not checking their guys out enough.

He is dishonest. A yr ago he came to unplug my toilet. He snaked it w/ a small short one. $400 job. I called my dad to see it. Dad came w/ a LONG snake and got my job done. No new toilet needed. ( COME ON JOHN JONES). He knows this is true. I even called him out on it.

I had a leak from the main water pipe in the back porch. I called one of the plumbers with a big ad in the yellow pages. They wanted $285 to replace a valve, but were willing to go down to $245. Then I called John Jones. He told me how to fix it myself by tightening a nut! For free! They are AWESOME!!!
