Came out to initially look at the job. Told me once they left they'd call back the next week and schedule an appointment to get it fixed. Waited 2 weeks and no call. So I called them. They were scheduled for Friday between 3-5pm. Never showed up. I took off work so they could come. They said a mixup with their schedule and they were over booked. We set something up for the following Friday at 1pm. 5pm comes along and still no one here. Finally got a hold of someone. They were making excuses saying they're short staffed need 10 plumbers but only have 2. Don't over schedule the work if you can't keep up!! Now they are saying they won't be here till 7:30pm. Over 6 hours after originally scheduled. Almost a month has gone by now and plumbing still not fixed and am unable to use both upstairs bathrooms because of it. Look elsewhere!!

I've used and loved another plumbing company for years but they are no longer available. I called one company for an estimate that seemed ridiculously high. I called John And John plumbing and their estimate was 1/2 of what I was formally quoted. They showed up early which I love! They did an amazing job and explained everything to me along the way as I tend to be one of those people that likes to watch and I'm working on that. I highly recommend this company. They are my new go to plumbers. they also do carpentry!

I had an emergency repair, spigot in yard busted by a delivery driver. Spigot ties in to the pond and draining the pond. Michael and Deric came out within two hours and had it repaired in quickly. They were both very kind and professional. I'm new to the area but have found an outstanding local plumber.

john and john plumbing of brazil indiana is a bunch of thieves.charge us over two thousand dollars for winter freeze up repairs,and will not return when the plumbing the installer BIG WILL handled did not replace the lines in the wall,or the lines to the shower in the floor in my second floor bathroom that to this day,july 17,2019 are still unusable.that claim by john,the owner who went on wthi tv 10 claiming hed been scammed and lost over 500.00 was nothing more than a advertisement scam to generate business.he threatend me via text message saying i better show up at his house,then continued to threatend me via text mail stating id better be on his lot the next day???ive not been able to get a shower in over a year in my home that two of us occupants are classified as disabled through social security.to deny disabled persons water in their own home speakes volumes of this thieving fuck.fuck you john

We have been using John & John for several years now and have always been pleased with them. They show up when they say they will, are courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. On one call, a significant and ongoing problem was solved, one we had had for years that had never been satisfactorily addressed by other plumbers.
During freezing weather last year, we had a non-emergency problem, and had to wait a long time for service, but I didn't mind. They were working long hours to get to people with frozen pipes first, and it was good to know how I might be treated in the same situation.
