He had an issue coming out for our initially scheduled visit but went above & beyond and offered numerous options for other times- later in the day or weekend, no extra charge. He came to do the estimate and was able to go ahead and do the work at the same time, cleared my shower drain quickly. He wore a mask and removed his shoes inside the house.
