After more months than I can count our job is complete but that wasn't without many delays and lack of communication on the part of John
He will tell you that he's going to make things better than they were and then doesn't follow through or makes things worse
For the record, we never negotiated on his original price, and he had the nerve to submit a bill for more money that we never discussed at the end...needless to say we aren't going to pay it and now he is threatening not to warranty his work
So much more to this story but I get more angry every time I think about it...

After months and months of begging this guy we still cannot get him to finish the job he started. Keeps telling us he is tied up on other jobs. The question remains wasn't he already tied up on our job when he took on additional work. Like a fool we paid him 2/3 of the contractual agreement supposedly for materials. He still hasn't delivered on the material yet either. Now he is holding up the rest of the trades from completing their work. All we want is for him to finish the rough in and we will be done with him. If you are considering this guy save yourself the headaches and find another plumber.
