It's 12:30 on a Saturday night Thanksgiving weekend. Called JHORN because my floor drained was clogged here in my store. He came promptly and worked and worked until problem was solved. Due to it being the holiday weekend and the time I called, I thought for sure it would hurt my pocket. However I was relieved with the bill. Great Service reasonable price and great attitude.

John to the rescue!

Our bathroom tub's handle cartridge failed which meant water was uncontrollably flowing. We researched how to fix it ourselves and for a minute there thought we could DIY this solution. Thankfully (after a trip to Lowe's plumbing section) we came to our senses, consulted yelp, and called John Horn.

To our relief he was available to help us and within an hour of calling on a Saturday afternoon he showed up and took care of the cartridge! We were actually twice as glad we called in a pro because he said lots of calls he gets are people who try to fix this problem on their own and end up causing more damage to their pipes.

He's funny, he's efficient, and he's got a cool business logo.

We had a sewage drain, where all our toilets were flooding our bathrooms. We called about 9:30pm and John tried to assist us instead of coming out, but as it turned out he had to come to the house. It took him about 15 minutes to get to the house. We are so glad he came out. He knew exactly what our problem was and fixed it right away!!! He was very informative of what caused the problem. We will be referring him to anyone who needs plumbing services.

What can I say? John and Luke are the perfect plumbers. I called John for an estimate on a drain leak we had under our tiled concrete porch floor. He gave us a very reasonable estimate and stated that it was a maximum quote for the work he anticipated (you can't know what you'll find until you uncover the problem). Well, the work wasn't as straight forward as originally thought; they performed work well beyond the original scope of work. Needless to say, I was very pleasantly surprised to receive a bill that was lower than John's estimate!

It was clear from the beginning that they were dedicated to doing a good job and took a great deal of pride in their work. I was very impressed by their expertise and how well they worked and brain stormed together. They thoroughly explained all options available to us. They then installed a new clean-out to permit easier future drain maintenance. They emphasized customer satisfaction and were very friendly and a real joy to have around. Totally professional, totally honest - what more could one want? Again, they are the perfect plumbers. I will without hesitation recommend John Horn Plumbing to all of my friends.

Our sink clogged up last night and water started spraying out of the pipes underneath. We saw the reviews and decided to give them a shot. They put us down for their first appointment this morning. John Horn came on time and got everything fixed and running. We had pipes installed very strangely and he got it all fixed and installed correctly. He discovered we also had a crack in the garbage disposal and replaced it for us. Reasonable prices and very friendly service. I would recommend them to anyone!! :)

I had gone through a couple plumbers trying to get them to come over and be a man of their word and I'll tell you it's refreshing to have somebody just do what they say and see what they do John is a man of his word he said he was in a come over in a half hour he did the job for half of one of the people were saying you're going to do before he did it with in an hour she did everything professionally and he was a pleasant person as well thank you very much John and I will highly recommend you to everyone around in Lancaster Palmdale and San Fernando Valley and in terms of my real estate I'm going to be using you for all of my homes
