I had used Horn plumbing a while back with my old house, so when we woke up to water gushing out of the side of our new house I called Horn Plumbing immediately. He came out the same day, and the problem was fixed quickly.

Horn Plumbing is great! John Horn took my call even when he was out of town for the weekend. I told him our sewer pipes were draining slow and needed cleaning, he said to call back on Monday and he would come by. I called first thing Monday morning and John was at my house within the hour, he services our sewer pipes under the house and all the way out to the street. Years ago Horn Plumbing came highly recommended by a property owner/manager friend of mine. Now I also highly recommend his service, call John Horn if you want quality work and a fair price.

Twice now, John has come out in a timely manner, been extremely professional, and done a great job fixing problems in my kitchen. On his most recent visit, I was getting some new appliances installed when the installers ran into a stuck dishwasher valve. John came out as quick as he could and replaced the valve in time for the installers to complete the job without having to leave and come back. I really appreciate the quality of service I got when dealing with him.

After two other plumbing companies, John came to my rescue! Not only did he respond within 15 minutes, he was at my house in 20! He witnessed what the ""other local"" plumber had done to our hot water issue. He immediately explained in layman terms what the problem was. He gave us 3 options in writing. Gave us a temporary solution till we decide ($$) what option to go with. I will definitely ask my insurance company to send him and his crew. Totally respected and answered our dumb questions! Asked them out when my husband tried to fix the toilet and didn't. They came out right away and didn't tease my husband for trying to be a plumber. They were friendly and quick and had things flowing great in no time. I would recommend them.

Had a water issue and being the weekend, couldn't find anyone to come. I called John and he personally came, without hesitation. I appreciated his positive attitude and sense of humor. It wasn't a huge job, but he still made the time in his schedule to come. Meant more than words can express being that it was my grandmother's rental and I was out of town when it happened. John has come to my rescue twice by now. First I had a sewage pipe that was filled up with roots from my palm tree. The sewage came running out of my shower and bath tub.
The second time I woke up in the morning and my house was flooded - a slab leak.
Both were devastating experiences. But John made sure the necessary repairs were done. He worked with me in any way possible to meet the demands of the insurance, to allow me to have at least a piece of normality remain in my live and he also educated me about the process so that I felt a little less helpless in all that devastation. The work was done as good as it should be done for a very reasonable price.
Last not least he even offered me a shoulder to lean on when tears overcame me.
