Had a leak and contacted Horn Plumbing. I was told what great work they do. I am very pleased with the two plumbers Brandon and Jared. I called them yesterday and they came today and fixed the problem quickly. They were very polite. Knew exactly what to do and were right on top of it. I highly recommend Horn Plumbing.

John has come to my rescue twice by now. First I had a sewage pipe that was filled up with roots from my palm tree. The sewage came running out of my shower and bath tub.
The second time I woke up in the morning and my house was flooded - a slab leak.
Both were devastating experiences. But John made sure the necessary repairs were done. He worked with me in any way possible to meet the demands of the insurance, to allow me to have at least a piece of normality remain in my live and he also educated me about the process so that I felt a little less helpless in all that devastation. The work was done as good as it should be done for a very reasonable price.
Last not least he even offered me a shoulder to lean on when tears overcame me.

I had a PVC rupture at my home so I called these guys to help fix the problem. Two young reps showed up and got to work, but the end result was mediocre at best. I called the owner the very next day and requested the job be re-done. The owner, John, came out and after some re-work got it done to my satisfaction, but his smug attitude made the whole experience very unpleasant.

Will not be using their services again in the future.

It's 12:30 on a Saturday night Thanksgiving weekend. Called JHORN because my floor drained was clogged here in my store. He came promptly and worked and worked until problem was solved. Due to it being the holiday weekend and the time I called, I thought for sure it would hurt my pocket. However I was relieved with the bill. Great Service reasonable price and great attitude.
