Not worth dealing with these type of people when it comes to billing. There customer service is at below dirt level. They are not a customer service driven company. Avoid at all cost!

Recently went to townie Hoadley plumbing for propane for my rv. I walked in, three ""guys "" were at the counter and one other customer. They all pretty much ignored me while I tried to make eye contact. Finally the little guy says ""propane"" and I said yes. He asked me to back my rv up in case someone needed to get by. I asked if I could just stand outside and wait and I'll move it if someone needs to get by. (Not so good at backing up) Waited outside for 10 minutes then went back in since I'm invisible..I asked guy at counter if I should have called first, he says no, I asked how much longer as he walks away without answering. I go back outside and little man makes me back up cuz there's an ""emergency."" Doesn't say how much longer it will be, nothing! I asked if I should come back, he says no and walks away!! I yell to him as he totally ignores me how much longer and he says there's an emergency maybe 4-5 min. I left! Apparently some customers matter more than others. How extremely rude, not one other non busy worker could get my propane! Seriously! Pathetic customer service...Thanks for the heads up on going elsewhere for my plumbing needs since you have NO customer service skills and apparently don't need my business!

Apparently ""flushable"" wipes are NOT flushable even though it says it on the package. I learned this on Father's Day when we had people over for brunch and our entire septic system back up. Luckily Dave Hoadley sent over some of his team members and were able to unclog our system and get us back up and running. THEN we had the unfortunate experience of having our pipes freeze over the New Years holiday. Dave Hoadley spent 12 hours at our house unfreezing our pipes. He came back the next day to work on the rest of the house and later that week to check our hot water. We ended up with holes in our walls, but we avoided flooding because Of Dave's hard work. It would have been a total shit show if the pipes leaked all over our house. I have found their prices to be reasonable, but all things considered, when you avoid flooding and What goes along with that, hard to put a price tag on it.

I had this company come give an estimate to replace a hot water heater and after they performed the work they charged me a different amount. This company also didn't pull a permit to do the work which i called my town inspector and said that it was a requirement. My brother also had his hot water heater replaced by them and no permit was pulled for his either.

I had the company out to fix a leaky showerhead. They did, but then caused a flood that cost me over $10K in repairs. I refused to pay the bill and was taken to small claims court. Stay away...far away!!

Our heat went out in March so we called Hoadley. Guys showed up stayed 10 minutes and left said they would be back at noon. Showed up at three fifteen with the part and installed it in 20 minutes, then sat in the driveway for another 15 minutes. They said they will send a bill. OK, about 3 weeks later we get it alright. Everything would have been ok except for the 2 hour service call when they were at the house for a total of 30 minutes. Tried to talk to owner, no response only e-mail bla bla about their policy of going to the house twice to justify an hour each time. Two hundred fifty dollars on top of the parts and runner for the part. Lesson learned. I read the reviews after getting the e-mail and the father was good but the son is in charge now and customers service is on the decline. We have had repairs for central air and never been double charged just because they did not have a part and had to return...Beware...seems like they just drive around in that big truck and do not carry parts just to charge extra on service calls.

After a very satisfactory relationship of some 23 years with the current owner' father, on several occasions I was disappointed with the son's attitude and management, unfortunately. My heating system was installed by his father a skilled plumber and a gentelman. I have continued with the Hoadley's only to find out the son wants to get rich quickly. It is disappointing, indeed. Recently I asked them to give me an estimate
After waiting two months nothing...I guess there were better jobs out there, my bathroom was not worthy... Sad!
