My husband just got off the phone regarding an old toilet in our home. My husband asked if he could come to look at the problem but just to come is $120. I heard the conversation on speaker and the person on the other end was very impatient and told my husband that he was giving him a headache. The call was disconnected so my husband called back and the person was accusing my husband of hanging up and to call another plumber. I cannot believe that is how you speak to a would be customer. I do not know who he thinks he is speaking to someone like that.

People like that deserve to go out of business. I guess he does not need anymore business.

We have been a customer for years. They continue to be very responsive and helpful. They provided some free advice over the phone and when that didn't solve the problem they fit us in the very next day. The plumber who came was friendly, knowledgeable and was able to solve our problem. Will not hesitate to contact them again for future plumbing issues.

I have counted on this company for over 20 years and just within the last year I had to call them for an emergency and the person who I spoke to was shockingly, nasty and rude. I will never use this company again or recommend this company to anyone. I have never been treated with such disrespect as a long time customer. Terrible!

After initially hearing positive things about Heyrich, I found the company, sadly, unprofessional, uncaring, and lazy in its analysis of a leak from my shower that they were unable to fix. Notably, when the leak persisted, they had a 'pass the buck' attitude, blaming the tiling person (whom they recommended) for their inability to fix the leak or agree on its cause. When I merely passed along insights from the tiling person, they got upset (i.e. yelled) at me, and thus, I found Heyrich patronizing, unprofessional, and rude.

It's always satisfying when after much due diligence you make the correct decision. These folks are a local family owned business who have been in business for a very long time, primarily because they do quality work at reasonable prices. I will absolutely be calling Heyrich the next time I need a plumber.

This is the second time I've asked them to come to my house to fix another plumbing issue and as usual, they were awesome. ""Michael"" came over with a mask. He was very courteous and professional. He immediately diagnosed the plumbing issue. He replaced it with new parts. And now the problem is gone and everything looks beautiful and brand new. They are the best!!
