These guys had a major commercial job in another county but still came out and took care of my residential problem , they will be my go-to guys from now on

Terrible service. My elderly grandparents scheduled an appointment just to have their faucet replaced. First appointment, no one showed up all day and no one called. Second appointment rescheduled for Friday 1:00 pm. On Friday, at 3:00 pm, no had shown up and no one had called. Finally, after my grandmother called, someone came rolling up at 3:30. I wish I had known my grandparents needed a faucet replaced and we could have done it ourselves. We would be much more respectful of their time.

Many thanks to John Hearn Plumbing! I had a broken water line in my front yard and the water was excessive. When they were called it only took Bo and his coworker 25 minutes to arrive and one hour to find the break, replace the pipe and refill the hole. Not only did they do a wonderful job repairing the pipe, Bo volunteered to look under my house to tell me where my septic tank is located - I just asked his opinion where he thought it might be. Their quality of work and work ethic were more than I expected and the rate was very reasonable. I will definitely call them again if I need plumbing work done again.

On Easter Sunday April 21st woke up to my water heater leaking. Sostarted looking for a plumber. I found John Hearn Plumbing. They are open seven days a week and do not charge more for holidays. I gave them a call. They sent so meone out. The man looked at my water heater and gave me a price of $1100. I accepted it and told him to get started. He had a hard time getting someone to open up the place to get the heater. While he was waiting on them he left to go do work at Western Szzlin. About two hours later he came back and left the heater on my carpool and went back to Western Szzlin. Even though I was first I got pushed back for a higher paying job. He showed back up just before dark to put n this heater. He had to put it in by flashlight because at that time the light in the utility room was blown. When he took it out of the box it was broken. He fixed it an made a notation on my invoice. So I just paid $1100 fo a brand new broken heater. When he got done that night there was still water on the floor. Could not tell at that time for there was a leak or not. A couple of days later called them back out because there was a puddle on my carport. The same guy came out in the dark again to find a leak. He looked at the heater and sad it was not it. He looked around and decided that it was my washing machine leakng and charged me another $125. I bought a new washer and hoses and had t nstalled. There has been water on the floor of the utility room ever since. Monday July 17 the leak that the sad I did not have finally got bg enough that I could see it. So around 3pm I called them. They said that they would send someone out the next day and would call me before hand to let me know. At five thirty Tuesday July 18th I called them back to see why I had not heard anything. They acted like I hadn't called. Someone showed up at 8:30pm and sad that the leak is on the copper pipe and s not part of the water heater and would cost me $95. I sad let me get this straight I paid $1100 for a broken heater the a couple of days later paid $125 to have him come out to fix a leak that he could not find and now you want me to pay another $95 to fix the that should have been fixed the day the heater was put in? I will never use these people again. I wouldn't use them to sweep a floor. Use them are your own peril.

I definitely rate the John Hearn Plumbing Company as one of the best and would use again and recommend.

I'm Giving Tree stars because the first issue we had was with backed up sewer system. The man who came out worked like hell until he figured out where the blockage was and was able to show me with his camera why the flushable wipes we were using were getting caught up in the waste pipe that connected to the public line. He was there by himself for nearly 2 hours trying to find the blockage. And when he did it took him less than an hour and a half to resolve the issue. I would give a five star review for that particular job. However, 3 weeks ago we sprung a leak in a retractable hose that comes out of our kitchen sink. Because we were so pleased with the work they had done previously we naturally called him up to do this little job for us. 2 guys came out whose names I didn't catch. They said the retractable hose was not a standard part but they would order it and come back the next day to replace it. My wife and I got busy and lost track of time. A week later when I finally called the office, the lady y had no record of ever having sent anybody out to our home. The office manager ask me for the names of the plumbers and I told her I could not remember their names. I asked why she didn't have a record of dispatching the men on her crew. All she said was that they had no record of anyone having gone out to our house and that they had to fire some guys who were trying to steal jobs from the business. I asked her when someone could come out and take care of his problem. This was a Thursday and she could not get anybody out until the following Monday. By the time Monday rolls around it has now been almost 3 weeks and my mother-in-law was alone to greet the workers. This time they went to Home Depot and Lowe's but could not find the part so they had it overnighted and came back the next day to install it. It took them less than 5 minutes and it is working fantastically. For this trip I would give them one star because the guys who came out the second time we're super great but I really question accompany who cannot keep track of where they are dispatching their crew. I do not like leaving negative reviews as I am a small business man myself but between three different jobs we have spent a considerable amount of money on this company and I am reluctant to ever call them again(sadly). I'm certain these are good honest people but they need to be more professional when dealing with the public because it will hurt their business in the long run if they don't clean houseand get their sh__ together.

Have used this company several times. They have always responded in a timely manner, performed quality work, and charged reasonable rates. Thanks John Hearn Plumbing!
