Marie and her helper Angelo came on a Sunday morning to replace our leaking water heater. I had phoned John the afternoon before and really appreciated the quick service. While on the phone with John, he had patiently given me some step by step instructions so that I could stop the leak. Unfortunately, a bad cold water shut-off valve stopped me. At 10:30 the next morning Marie and Angelo arrived. They were wonderfully easy to deal with and found the same problem draining the leaking tank I had which added to their efforts. But, within 3 hours they had installed the new tank and done a great job cleaning up the mess from the leak, including taking outside the soggy beach towels we had used to try to limit the water damage. The cost came in about $500 more tht the $2200 rough estimate John had given me on the phone, but the Rheem heater is highly rated, and the 3 hours of labor and quick service did not make it seem at all an unreasonable amount.

We recently had an issue with the thermostat on our gas water heater. I reached out to John Lange and after an in person visit, he dispatched his son Frankie to effect the repairs. Frankie's knowledge of our system and how to repair it was excellent and we had everything repaired within a day. We were overwhelmed with their customer service, technical expertise and quick response and repair!! They were the best and we will use them again when needed and highly recommend them. You won't be disappointed! They are fantastic!!

Our sump pump stopped working and we didn't notice for a few weeks due to lack of rain. We smelled a weird smell and found the 2 year old sump pump (installed by another company) had burned out. We called and within 30 minutes someone was at our door (even during the Corona Pandemic!) The pricing was fair and service was excellent and we now have found a fair and good plumber that we will continue to use.

Lange plumbing has been my families go-to plumbing service for 20 years. From the bathroom to busted pipes in the basement they have done it all for us in a timely and professional matter. We have only had an issue occur once where they needed to return, and they honored their warranty accordingly. Great work at a great price! I'd recommend them again and again!
