Lange plumbing has been my families go-to plumbing service for 20 years. From the bathroom to busted pipes in the basement they have done it all for us in a timely and professional matter. We have only had an issue occur once where they needed to return, and they honored their warranty accordingly. Great work at a great price! I'd recommend them again and again!

Had an issue with my kitchen sink flooding and scheduled an appointment for the next day. The technician was very efficient and completed the job in an hour. I haven't had an issue with it since and will definitely use them again in the future, great service!

terrible experience. the guy who came quoted me $2,600 to install a Zoeller ProPak53 sump pump system. huge markup on materials cost. I told him I'd pay $1500 and he eventually said yes. My usual plumber was not available, so I used these guys. I called my regular plumber afterwards and asked for a comparable quote and they said about $1450.

avoid this company!!!

update....after he left, I found a broken clip. when the sump kicked on, it spewed water everywhere. I'm now trying to fix it myself!

also, was told the owner is not John H. Flood per the review below from Mark M. from June 2015.

a further update (still the same day) - John did come by and said he is the owner. I told him the guy who did my service said he was the owner. John said he was a liar.

This is a lot of unnecessary drama for a simple plumbing operation.

Tried this family run business on a whim before checking reviews, and am glad that I did as I had a great experience. Called their number and left my info. Shortly thereafter I received a call from the owner, John. It was 1pm on a Monday, and I told him I needed a hot water tank installed today. He said that he'd need to check it out first and that he'd be right there.

Not more than 10 minutes later he was at my front door for a courtesy inspection and gave me a fair estimate. We agreed on the work and about an hour later, two of his plumbers arrived. They started draining my old tank and moving stuff out of the way for the new tank. 30 minutes into this a third plumber (Ron) showed up with the new tank and he took charge and finished the job quickly with the help of the other two.

Very polite, on time, professional, and since they are local, were able to be onsite and working within about 70 minutes of my first phone call. That's pretty impressive. I would use them again, and ask for Ron.
