No one wants to have to deal with plumbing issues, but if you're reading this review, you're probably already stuck in that situation. Look no further. John Gleason Plumbing will resolve your issue as easily as possible. I had a leaky washer valve in a condo, which meant dealing with a difficult HOA and multiple ""managers"" to just approve the repair before getting it done. John Gleason worked patiently with the HOA. Eileen, the skillful secretary (who probably does so much more than just that role), was efficient, communicative and handled the complications brought about by the HOA with confidence and compassion. She made sure to get me on their schedule even before the HOA knew how to handle the issue. Eileen even informed me that I could get a break on the cost if I bought the valves myself and John walked me through the purchase over the phone to make sure that I bought the right part. Talk about awesome customer service and going above and beyond the call of duty!! Rueben, the plumber who came out to do the work, was competent and thoughtful. Overall, great experience! I would highly recommend John Gleason Plumbing to anyone and will call them whenever I need a plumber in the future (which, hopefully, won't be anytime soon.)

I would like to recommend John Gleason of John Gleason Plumbing and Sewer Service. He is based out of Novato. We had a problem and had to turn off the water in our home. The plumbers I called were all too busy and could not see us until the following week. (You don't appreciate running water in your house until you don't have it.) Gene Burch told us to try John Gleason. He called us right back. Listened to our problem. Said he would get to us as his last stop of the day but in the meantime, walked us through what we could try. I had a great experience working with John Gleason plumbing. John answered my call and immediately went to work diagnosing the problem with my water heater. He sent his guys out the following day with the part I needed and now my water heater is working perfectly. These guys are honest, helpful, and problem solvers! The Best!! We had a leaking gas line trapped in two feet of concrete inside a stone fireplace. Thinking it was impossible to remedy the situation we didn't use it for 12 years. John Gleason and Ruben came out, found a way to remove it and run another line with no difference in the way it looked. Fantastic and brilliant work! They also did a perfect job of installing a large gas log set. John""s staff, Ruben, Chris, were a pleasure to have in our house and Iris a joy to work with. Can't say enough good things about them and how happy we are with their work.

John Gleason Plumbing and Sewer fixed my plumbing issue fast. John's employee Franklin showed up within in the specified window, figured the problem out pretty fast and got right to work. My shower drain was backed up pretty far down with roots from the trees in the yard. He snaked the drain, in the rain!, and now my shower drains as it should. The job was fairly priced and there was no mess...other than the one I made! I would most definitely call John again for a plumbing problem. And Franklin offered a great idea to Avoid flooding the bathroom again. He suggested having a two way catch out in so the water will be stopped before it enters the house and it'll be much easy and cheaper to snake the drain in the future. Definitely something I will be looking into.

Thank you John! Great guy - great customer service, kind heart, and great work. We had a fast leak in our bathroom that required us turning off all water to the house overnight as we couldn't keep up with the bucket emptying. Everyone else wanted to charge us an arm and a leg but John said he could come out next day on Christmas Eve for a very reasonable rate because he wanted to help us out. As promised, he calls me up in the morning, shows up. Finds out he has to run to ACE for the part, comes back, gets the job done (no more leak!) and helps to fix our other problem - a toilet valve that was malfunctioning (saving me from having to fix that myself). He left out bathroom clean and dry. So nice to know there are service people with Christmas Spirit!

We had a gas leak under our house and John and his crew went out of their way to prioritize our situation and take care of us. John has excellent communication, and although they are very busy, they do their best to fit you in... and they do a great job.

We had our very old water heater replaced by John's workers. They were prompt, courteous, and did a great job replacing it. We even had a problem with our toilet, and John sent a guy out the next day to look at it without charge. They were all wonderful, and I wouldn't hesitate
