I called John Gervickas plumbing to fix a leaky outside faucet this past fall. The temperature was starting to drop so we wanted to fix the leak and try to avoid damage from a frozen pipe. He checked it out and tried twisting the faucet head off. You would think being a plumber that he would know that the copper pipe was one piece and soldered on and if he twisted it he would damage it. I brought that to his attention an he denied there would be any damage. I think he knew we wouldn't be using the faucet until the spring and that he would be in the clear. This spring when we turned the water on we found that the pipe was broken. This was confirmed by a plumber that actually knows what he is doing ! His shoddy workmanship caused us unnecessary expense and we would never recommend him!!!
