The passenger dumped an ashtray full of cigarette butts on the ramp to the I-52 East Freeway in San Diego and we were right behind and had some cigarette butts lodged in our front bumper grill. This is littering and unprofessional and I will report this to Highway patrol.

I had Jason come out to fix/replace the gasket and caulking on one of my toilets -- he was great!!

I received a recommendation from a friend at #ViriliBuilt and #RuckleConstruction, great contracting companies.

Jason was very responsive to my communications and adjusted his schedule to meet my needs. He was happy to listen to my problem and provided a ball park figure for my reference.

When it was time for him to come to my house he called a bit ahead of time -- and then showed up when he said he would!

He came in and got right to work -- he did a great job.

In the end the final price was pretty close to his estimate (I needed some new parts beyond the problem I described) -- he was very appreciative of the work and the price was great.

Jason hit the four great things everyone wants in a plumber: he was professional, punctual, quick and clean -- he left my house as clean as he found it!

We had a minor leak in our faucet outside. We called John and he was prompt, professional and honest. He assessed the situation and we made a follow up appointment to do the repair. He came with his employee a few minutes ahead of schedule and had the repair done in 30 minutes. The price was right. The work was good. John is my go to guy for plumbing repair and remodeling. In my line of work I have had the opportunity to use many different plumbers over the years. JFP is a great company to use, because they have pride in their work, I have had times when they were going to do something above and beyond what they were being paid to do because it was the ""right"" way to do the job and they wouldnt have their""name"" on it if it was half done.
That is truly standing behind your work. Me being a contractor myself, I use them on every job I do new construction and additions, they have done many custom homes for me as well as multiple restaurants.
