Company Overview
John Filbrandt Plumbing and Heating Inc. was established by Joseph Filbrandt in 1921. Joseph entered the world on March 14, 1890, in Antigo, Wisconsin. He started his journey in the plumbing industry in 1913 after finishing school. On July 14, 1921, he teamed up with H. Vowinkle, who was based in Sheboygan. The company was named Antigo Plumbing and Heating Company and had its offices on Edison Street in Antigo. Filbrandt eventually bought out Vowinkle after a few years. In January 1963, Joseph's sons, John and Jerome, took over the family business. John Filbrandt is the owner and operator of the company today.

Nathan K.We had them come look at our ancient furnace, according to my wife they where rude and unfriendly. We decided to order a newer unit as replacement. We are days away from December 1st in northern Wisconsin...our old furnace is basically now inoperative. Requests for a delivery date are met with little interest. So now we freeze and wait..I may just cancel and go another route
Allan T.Warning to all! This is a rip off business. Avoid them by all means, I called them to convert my gas range from natural to propane, a simple procedure of changing orifices. They sent me a bill over $360. Changing orifice for a technician should not take more than half an hour, about $80
max. Their statement said 3.5 hours plus gasoline to come to my house. They are thieves.
Bruce S.Wouldn't recommend them at all, we set up two appointments to have them repair some pipes, they were a no show both times. No phone calls saying they would have to reschedule , nothing.
