I used his service a couple of times. My mother referred him to me. This recent time I needed to ask him about one of my sump pumps because of the rain one stopped working so logically I would want to get that fixed right away in case the other one stopped working . I called him at 8:00 on Saturday night just to inquire about prices his answer to me was it is a bad time you should not call me at 8:00 on a Saturday night about a sump pump. As a professional I felt that was very sad. I will never deal with this gentleman again he does not have your best interests at heart.
