I would not hire John unless you are desperate for a plumber and no other is available. He lied over text, and then ghosted me when part of his service did not resolve the issue. He was quick to respond when reached out to on a different number, not realizing who it was.

If you do hire him despite this review, be sure to fully fill your tub/run shower for an extended amount of time before paying for the service to ensure the service actually worked. Life lesson learned on my part.

John was able to fit us in the same day! He is kind, courteous and very clean. His prices are very reasonable. He even cleaned up the bathroom!! I recommend him very highly. He travels to all areas North Shore, South Shore and even came to the Westbank!

John does a good job, His price is reasonable on every job. He's very friendly but he needs to be more reliable. He takes too long to answer messages for days. Overall, he needs to organize better his schedules to be more efficient.

If I could give him 0 stars I would. He was supposed to come look at my plumbing last week. He told me it would be postponed due to the rain (that is understandable) however I waited 4 days to hear back from him. He was supposed to come today at 9am. I kept receiving texts from his wife postponing the time. He is not reliable. I do not recommend him to anyone
