John texted me he was in my driveway. Ok I do have a doorbell but fine.
He was in and out in 20 minutes. He turned off the water to two sinks (replacing 2 bath vanities) to another sink that needs a new faucet to tightening a faucet and soap dispenser it was $185.00. He was nice and polite but required me to assist him in the small repairs. Would not recommend him.

We had a clogged drain in the kitchen sink, garbage disposal. We had a most unpleasant experience with another company (Rescue Rooter) so went to YELP to look for recommendations. It was quite late in the afternoon. When we called, we were initially told he wouldn't be able to get there until the next day. However, within an hour, he called back and said he'd come immediately. He noticed that one of the problems was due to a pipe my husband had installed. No other plumber had pointed that out. He changed the pipe and did something else to route the garbage disposal drain more efficiently. He also charged $100 LESS than the company we had initially called. Although I offered to clean up after him so he could get home to his wife, he insisted on cleaning up himself and did a very thorough job. While I hope we don't have any plumbing issues in the near future, if we do, we most definitely will be calling John D.

Called to get an estimate on fixing sink and dishwasher and was told he doesn't do jobs in mobile homes due to not having mobile home plumbing parts. I called The Plumbers, they came out same day within 30 minutes and fixed my dishwasher and sink in 15 minutes. Turned out had nothing to do with the pipes but was a couple of bad stoppers. Plumber said any apprentice plumber could have fixed this. If you want the job done, call The Plumbers.

John performed an expert repair on our dishwasher line a day after I requested an appointment. The line and connection had been incorrectly installed since our home was built, and John replaced both with the right parts after explaining what needed to be done and why. He also showed me how to tighten the handles on our bath faucets so I can do this myself from now on. We were really impressed with John's knowledge and skills and wouldn't hesitate to call him again for any plumbing service.

I sent a text message to the owner's cell phone as directed by their voicemail. I was looking for pricing and availability information and explained this over text. He asked me to send pictures so I did and then asked for my address. I sent him the neighborhood and asked again for pricing and availability for the job. I didn't receive a response so I called and on the phone he again asked for my address. I explained that I was looking for pricing and availability before sharing my address. He then explained that if I wasn't willing to share my address that I obviously don't trust him and we shouldn't work together and when I tried to explain that I wasn't meaning to offend him, he cut me off by saying he couldn't talk anymore and hung up. This was disappointing given the other reviews were so positive.

We had a leak in a drain pipe under our kitchen sink with water dripping through the ceiling of the basement laundry room below the kitchen

The first plumbing company I contacted replied quickly, but would be unable to come out for at least 8 days. We would have been unable to use the kitchen sink or dishwasher

John responded quickly in a text message and was able to come out that same day. He quickly determined what the problem was. It was necessary to cut out part of the soggy ceiling to expose a copper drain pipe (over 50 years old) with 3 small holes on one side that had been leaking.

Leaky pipe removed, replaced with new pipe.
And now we are good to go.

I've found my new plumber. John showed up on time, was polite and personable (not to mention an interesting human being!) and not only fixed my leaking pipe but added a needed clean-out to bring it up to code. His pricing was reasonable and I will definitely be calling him for future plumbing needs.

No answer, and recording asking to text a cell number is so garbled that I could not get the number. I guess they do not want business enough to have a decent way to contact them.

Excellent and prompt same day service at a reasonable price. My kitchen sink was clogged up and needed a good snaking. John promptly answered the phone, and came within 2 hours. About an hour on the job, he fixed the blockage, identified a couple of other issues, fixed those as well and all was well with the world. Highly recommended!
