I had them out to look at installing a backflow valve at a house I just purchased. They promptly came out and helped me come up with a solution that worked best for me. (They call to let you know if they're on the way! They were actually a tad early!) My pressure dissipated after they fixed my hydrant. They came out twice immediately the same day!! They discovered the cause of the pressure loss and fixed it for only the cost of parts! What an amazing business. I met three of their plumbers. They were all fantastic. I highly recommend them.

Twice within a month had a need for a plumber. We had a main water line leak in our front yard, of course after hours. Their tech. came out quickly identified where the source of the leak was and had it repaired right away.

3 weeks later, an issue while having kitchen renovation work completed and a line was cut to close to he wall during the demo under the brand new sink base - fearing we would be damaging the new cabinetry and flooring, they came on the scene and were able to get new piping for the drain(s) installed and connected all the water lines. Delan was our tech, polite, swift, effective.
Will use again. They are a little higher than competitors, but peace of mind with water lines - priceless.

I should have investigated the problem before calling John Coles Plumbing. The technician/plumber discovered that my shower head was clogged and dirty. It was embarrassing and definitely my mistake. After spending 5-10 minutes cleaning the shower head, the technician handed me an invoice for $208.00. Absolutely no integrity. I will not use them again.

Had JC Plumbing out to fix a slow/blocked drain from a kitchen that another company said they could not fix. This drain was disgusting--I have no idea what the previous owners put down there but it must have been pounds of grease!! They did everything to clear the pipes that others would not tackle. We're grateful for their determination, creativity to solve the problem, and dedication to see the job finished.

Blatant disregard for the law and their customers or just poorly managed?

I have used Cole plumbing on 3 different occasions. This was not my choice but my contractor who subs out his plumbing work. On each occasion, the same employees were sent to the job to do the required work. In June of last year, EO147 requires all companies and employees to wear masks. While violations of this may not bother some, because my wife has a terminal lung disease, it is very important to us. If she were to contract covid, she would die. The employees of Cole knew this and they continually refused to abide by the law each visit. I called Cole plumbing and asked to speak with Mr Cole to address this with him since it clearly states in EO147 it is the responsibility of the company, and not the employee to insure compliance. I was told by the person answering the phone, Mr Cole had taken the rest of the day off and if this was a complaint. I said it was and she said she would have him call me the next day. I never heard back from Mr Cole. I felt I did the right thing in trying to contact Mr Cole and let him know what was going on in case it was a rogue employee, not just ignorance or unwillingness to follow the law. He never called me back. Its easy to see how his employees are so cavalier about respect for their customers and state laws as it always starts at the top. As such, I was forced to report Cole Plumbing and felt it important, in case others feel finding contractors with matching morals/standards and ethics is important to post my experience on review sites.

Just to be clear, this is not a review about Cole plumbing skills as they are adequate and got the job done on each occasion. What is this about is the fact the employees and management refusal to abide by state law and disregard for their customers and whether readers want to support companies with those standards.

We called John Coles Plumbing because we had a leaking garbage disposal. Tony and Teo came and did an excellent job. They were honest about the problem and gave us the best options. They were kind and courteous and very professional. We decided to replace the disposal and they completed the entire job in less than an hour for a very reasonable price. I would recommend these guys for any plumbing needs.

We had our bathrooms remodeled and had all new water lines and 2 new drains put in. If you get a hold of Mr Cole he will make his employees go do the job correctly, but if you don't, it's done improperly. They had to redo everything 3 times. Unfortunately, we didn't have the vanities installed until a week or so after the plumbing was done. Upon installing the vanities we found out that they never measure where to put the water lines or how high to put the drains. Even after I showed them where the vanities were and showed them the backs. I pointed out that the one has drawers and might need things adjusted around them. Nothing fits properly and the guy they sent out couldn't have cared less. We have had to hire another plumber to do the drains and adjust the height of the water lines. We will also have to patch all of the brand new drywall that the new plumbers will be cutting through. After seeing the work that the gentleman from John Cole's Plumbing, did I seriously doubt he was a plumber. I'm sure Mr Cole is, but he's not the one that did the work.
