We were very impressed with John Ciampoli Plumbing from the start. I asked for a quote from 3 different companies from Home Advisor to replace an electric water heater. Ciampoli Plumbing was the only company that responded. They were efficient, clean and fast. They coordinated the delivery of the heater, the electrician and the plumber perfectly and kept us informed of exactly what they were doing. I have to say that they are going to be first on our list of plumbing repairs and installations. Their kind of service seems very rare these days and it was just great!

A highly satisfying experience; from my first call to schedule a visit to the last call confirming the invoice, every step has been professional, courteous, and efficient. The plumber arrived promptly at the scheduled time at my downtown condominium, quickly finished what he could, returned shortly with a missing part, and left without leaving any mess. The charged fees were fair. Pride in their work and reputation is very obvious. Thank you!

I would give them 10 stars if possible.
Let me start by saying, this is the first time I have NOT had to babysit the project taking place at my home.
These guys always showed up and always cleaned up and did exactly what they said they would do and they did it not only in a timely manner (3 days), they did it well.
Our kitchen sink plumbing needed repair after our cast iron pipe eroded away.
We were fortunate to have been referred to Ciampoli plumbing and construction services.
Jessie came out right away & thoroughly inspected and explained our situation. They started work the very next day and every single person from both sides of the company were personable, friendly, professional and detailed. Joe even refilled our dogs water bowl while he was here working at the house, which was very kind and thoughtful of him.
Every single team member was a joy to work with!
We feel incredibly blessed to have had them do the repairs, as we know it was done correctly.
Vinnie is extremely passionate about his work and it showed.
The repaired area looks fantastic, thankfully only the kitchen pipe needed to be replaced (attached to existing pipes) which saved us tens of thousands of dollars. Truly grateful we did not have to replace the entire plumbing (house built in 1960).
We look forward to working with them all again in the future to update our bathrooms and various other areas of the house and it is a bonus that they do combined plumbing and construction, all in one.
