John Chan and his crew saved us from disaster last winter when our crawl space flooded during that year's ""atmospheric river"" event. They showed up quickly, got right to work, and within a couple of days everything had been fixed and we could start to breathe easily again.

We have used him for other projects, and will again in the future. As other reviewers have noted it can sometimes take a while for him to call you back (or show up), the only reason I deducted a star. But we are still fans, and grateful for the quality of his work.

Incredibly unprofessional service, particularly the owner. They leave repairs incomplete, do not return calls or emails. I only dealt with this company because they were contracted by my home warranty company (if I had a choice, I would have gone elsewhere, especially after reading some of the reviews on Yelp). Do yourself a favor, don't waste your time!

We called John around 7:30am when we had our water back up one morning. He was super friendly and assured me that he would be by in the afternoon. He was at our house by 1 to see what the problem was and snake the pipes. He was done by 1:30. Super friendly and efficient. Plus he didn't charge us an arm and a leg for same day service

My husband had attempted to set up an appointment several times for a repair with no response, poor customer service. We will be contacting another company willing to respond to our inquiry.

Absolutely disappointed with the services we never even received. This plumber was assigned to our work order that our home warranty approves and he still hasn't contacted us and I put in the request on January 7 so we have been suffering with our toilet backing up and our garbage disposal not working for two weeks now. This plumber is unprofessional in my opinion by not answering phone calls and not returning phone calls even after you leave three messages. I would rate him zero stars but I have to put at least one so I can move to the next page and post my review

John replaced a leaky tap with another tap that promptly leaked (but was less leaky). Not a cheap experience. Later, I called John for a plumbing emergency that I thought would be within his skill range to fix, and he called back the next day. Other two plumbers I called never answered, so that gives him two stars.

Always very responsive. Had a plumbing issue at our rental and was able to take care of ASAP. I've used him for multiple plumbing issues in our home and our rental and he's been very good and conscious of cost. Would highly recommend for the area.

Had a great experience with John Chan plumbing. I've read reviews of people not liking them but all good here. They cleared a blockage about 150ft out which was great cause usually no one has enough line to snake that far.
