Chris came by and assessed our water heater at 430pm. He tried trouble shooting, but recommended to replace the unit due to the age. He was able to come back with all parts and new unit as promised the next morning. He didn't waste anytime andand had the new unit running within a couple hours. Chris is very knowledgeable and personable, I would recommend. He has attention to detail and cares about the end solution and product.

I called John Castro Plumbing on Sunday of Memorial Day Weekend thinking that we needed to replace our 15-year-old tankless water heater that had been malfunctioning. Chris picked up right away. Rather than try to sell me on a new tankless water heater, he spent an hour on the phone with me walking me through steps to try to get our existing system back up and running. It turned out that there was a power/electricity issue, which helped me save time and money in fixing this issue.
