Maybe by leaving this review I can get a call back and this situation resolved! I have a hole in my basement floor from work that was done by John C. Flood. A manager in the office told the technician to seal the floor prior to getting an inspection. Once they realized their error, the technician came back out to reopen the hole. I have now had a hole in my basement for over a week. I'm waiting on an inspector to review the work done before the hole can be closed. This must be rocket science because it shouldn't take this long. I have called everyday for the last week and have been told I need to speak to the General Manager (Pat) and he will call me back. Everyday he is on vacation or in an important meeting and therefore, unavailable. I have asked to speak with another manager or anyone capable of doing their job and was told all management is on vacation. I don't believe that one bit but if that is the case, that's a poor business decision. I have yet to receive a call back from anyone! How incompetent of a company can you be. I am beyond pissed and irritated with the lack of customer service. The behavior is very shady and I'm beginning to think they are trying to cover something up. I do not recommend this company and will never used them again!

$480 to snake a clogged drain. Contacted 3 times for payment. Spoke to a manager and got the price down to what was still an expensive fix. Later realized he didn't lock the door on his way out. All the sudden can't get hold of any of the managers. Customer for 5 years... no longer.

John C. Flood was very responsive to my plumbing problems-a ruptured washing washing hose and heavily corroded shut off valves. I called them just after closing and they were able to send a plumber, 1st thing the next morning. Richard Cloud was my plumber and he went right to work expertly replacing the valves and installing new hoses. The cost was a little high but the response/service was great.

We had JC Flood install a gas furnace, A-Coil, & Condenser Coil this past January. B/c of the cold wx installation, we weren't sure the correct amount of Freon was added to the A/C unit, so we asked them to return to verify in warmer wx. Stephen Maxey was knowledgeable, friendly, and thorough regarding all aspects of verifying the operation of our A/C unit. We have a maintenance contract with JC Flood and glad we do!

My realtor recommended John Flood for a pipe repair issue. Eric (the technician assigned to my job) and his assistant Nathan, were very punctual and professional, and Eric's friendly demeanor made the repair estimate and completion process virtually painless. They were very quickly able to replace a broken outdoor pipe without interrupting too much of my day. I will definitely be using this business again for future plumbing upgrades. Thank you!

Our AC was not working properly. JCF quickly sent out a technician -- and we were so impressed. Dale Gunn diagnosed the issue, quickly fixed it and made recommendations for further maintenance. We'd definitely recommend them.

John C Flood replaced a bad capacitor on my AC unit...the capacitor costed $13.95 they charged me $400.00. This is a case of pricing gouging... what a way to take advantage a senior citizen. Beware of a company who has policy of taking advantage of people.

I highly recommend Luke Thayer with John C. Flood. My ceiling HVAC was leaking so I called the company that installed it, they came and said there's nothing we can do. I called John. C Flood and they sent Luke who meticuously diagnosed the problem with a mirror and a flashlight despite the components being incredibly difficult to access and came up with a solution to keep my HVAC from leaking during the summer heat until I could have a more permanent solution put in. He also made himself available the next day (a Saturday!) for follow up questions and to make sure everything was working.

1st year inspection of new air conditioning. The technician was on time, friendly, and very thorough. As part of the service an inspection of the plumbing of entire house is included as was the heating system.
