Fast response time and expert analysis and repair of my Hot water heater. The shutoff valve was responding to pressure changes in an incorrect and ineffective way. Richard Cloud did a comprehensive inspection of the system. He installed a device which continuously checks for leaks and potential vulnerabilities in the pipes. It automatically shuts off water to my home in the event of a failure. Now I have an app which sends alerts to my phone which allows me to set water consumption goals and monitor usage and turn water on and of remotely. John C. Flood has replaced and serviced my HVAC System and repaired and replaced parts of my plumbing system. They are professional, experienced, transparent, smart problem solvers. They also go the extra mile. Richard Cloud is the best and most experienced plumber I've met. His concern is to fix the problem for the present and the future. James Edwards diagnosed my issue. He couldn't fix the issue (crunaching HVAC noise), but he told my why it was happening, things I could do to avoid the noise, and some maintenance do's and don'ts. Overall, I appreciated the diagnosis and I understand that not every issue is fixable...unless, of course I want to build my HVAC system from scratch, which is out of the question.

Dale Gunn came out to service our HVAC in Feb 2023. He answered all of my questions and went above and beyond to ensure I understood what he was doing and why (and explained how I could troubleshoot basic things myself, which was very thoughtful). The waterline to my refrigerator burst. I live in a very old house and my water shut off valve was in really bad shape. Michael Mullins came out to repair the line and explained the options for replacing the old valve. He also tested my water pressure and gave me other options to consider so that my plumbing system is up to date. No pressure to add on anything that was not needed for today's visit. Very knowledgeable and patient in answering my questions.
