We had multiple plumbing/heating needs in our newly purchased home and John Burton plumbing came very highly recommended. Thankfully, John and his team were willing to go out of their way to travel to our home in Cranford. We needed to replace our main sump pump, install a battery back-up sump, install a gas line next to our fireplace, and install a whole-house water filtration system. In addition to all of the work being completed to an extremely high standard, the experience with everyone, including their administrator, Dewayne, was spectacular. I cannot recommend this team more.

I had a small leak under my kitchen sink, so I called John Burton. He called me back promptly and gave me a reasonable estimate over the phone. Dan and Steve, arrived to my house, with masks, the next day. They installed new, quality parts from GPS not Home Depot nor Lowes. They worked quickly and gave me a receipt and a warranty.

I wish I could leave 10 stars. John Burton Plumbing has THE BEST service. Wow!! We were ignored and couldn't get a response from another plumber in West Windsor. Frustrated beyond belief, I went to Yelp and found John Burton. His follow up is impeccable and his team?! Omg his team is amazing. Dan and Steve are so professional and nice. They were prompt every day, and so considerate and left our house very clean every day. John covers every detail and is such a pleasure to work with. If you're looking for a plumber to get the job done right?? Call him! You don't need to look any further, he's the only one to call!

I unluckily drilled into a pipe on a Sunday afternoon while trying to hang up some shelves. A previous plumber I used didn't get back to me initially, so I tried John Burton Plumbing & Heating instead. Got a call back within 10 minutes of contacting the answering service, and they sent Dan over within an hour.

Dan conscientiously cleared out the area and laid down a dropcloth to help contain the mess, opened up the wall, quickly replaced the piece of pipe and soldered it in place. He also kindly answered some questions I'd had around which valves do what around our hot water heater and boiler. Everything was done in about half an hour and he swept up and even put our door mat back in place before finishing up.

They take check or cash, no credit card. I would've liked a bit more of a breakdown to understand how much extra it was for the weekend call, but the charge generally seemed like it could've been a lot worse. Really glad we didn't have to go without running water for more than about an hour and a half, whew!

These guys had done some work for me in the past when my toilets wouldn't stop running and I must have forgotten about them because I called someone else with disastrous results. Not only are these guys competent on the phones, but they call you back right away and get a tech out to you (15 minutes later this time) as soon as possible. I saved this number as ""plumber"" in my phone so I don't need to call anyone else next time.

I just had an urgent problem with an outside faucet leaking. Lou and Kamil were here within 45 minutes, finished in less than an hour, were courteous, neat, and not too expensive. Thank you guys!!!.They are very local to us, and have provided excellent service the couple of times we called them previously as well. Highly recommended.
