Two staff came to my home on October 6, 2021 to repair two toilets and a kitchen faucet. After the job was completed, one toilet was still """"running."""" I called a request in for the toilet to be adjusted and was given an appointment for October 8, 2021. No one showed up to honor the appointment. I called again to report the no show and was given an appointment for October 11, 2021. Again, no one showed up. I did not receive a call to indicate I would not receive service on the 8th or 11th. I did not receive a call for either no show the appointments would be rescheduled.

This is the first time I have used John Blitch Plumbing. I called their office shortly after 8:00 AM on Monday, and there were two service people at my home within 2 hours. They evaluated my problem which had caused substantial damage and immediately diagnosed and solved the cause of a leaking hot water heater. The courtesy and competence were outstanding, and I would highly recommend this company. The charge for the work was a fraction of what I had expected. These are highly professional people who provide old fashioned, outstanding service.

We bought a little house for my daughter to live in during grad school. There was a ticket from John Blitch Plumbing on the counter when we arrived to move her in, saying they had fixed a leak under the sink. Later that day, there appeared a fresh puddle of water under the sink. I called and scheduled a plumber to come on Friday, September 4. I called late in the day to see if he was coming. I was told he was unable to make it and the weekend guy would call. The weekend guy called Saturday and said he couldn't make it. We called back the next week and scheduled again. Again, no plumber. Only did that because they had already been paid by the previous owner to fix a leak that wasn't fixed. I'm over it. Don't waste your time here.

The plumbers took over a week to fix leaks under the house after we had a freeze. They would come and go from the site to help other people. I said that I wanted my patience to reflect in the bill. Before the job was through they packed up their tools and left. I had to hire another plumber to fix some water lines that they crossed - the bathroom didn't get hot water. The fixtures were clogged and no water was coming out. I called the office and told them I wanted a walk through with the owner and an itemized list of the work they had done. The invoice is for $1200.00 and literally reads, """"Fixed several leaks under the house."""" I never got the walk through. Roto-Rooter is who you should be calling if you do not have a local plumber you trust.
