Our foundation rests on the belief that customer needs are paramount. I am focused on addressing those needs. Thus, a large share of my business is generated through returning customers and word-of-mouth. In my leisure time, I enjoy being with my grandchildren.

Ellen P.Don't call John and Sons! They are a scam. We called them for a clogged drain and leaky faucet. The guy came, stayed for five minutes and did something by the sink. He charged $430.00. When we saw that the sink was still clogged and the pipe was leaking, we called them back. They then started a series of lies. A woman named Crostio at the main phone number told a bunch of lies that the ""technician said we said there was no issue."" Crostio said they are not at the Little Neck address. When I asked where she was, she said, ""Long Island."" She refused to disclose the address. She said they were a ""call center."" I asked if they were real plumbers and she said they were, but this was a ""call center."" She finally agreed to have someone call me in the morning. But I am actually afraid that these people are such crooks that I wouldn't want them to come back. So we are out our $430.00.
Then the guy who was allegedly here, we reached him at 516-732-9590. He became verbally abusive when I asked him his last name, and he hung up on me.
When he was here he did not give a receipt, did not offer his name. So we have no way to even go to court. Very smart operation.
