This is the 2nd time my family used him for our home plumbing services. I got his referral from a client to fix a bathroom leak last time and Joey did an excellent job. So this time we needed 2 new toilets I contacted him and he was knowledgeable about the different options. He even went and picked up the new toilets at my local Home Depot and installed both with no hassles. I would definitely recommend him for home plumbing services.

Had Joey come out to work on plumbing issues. 2 of three ""repairs"" caused leaks and damage to drywall. He was quick to offer a refund for his labor - but would not cover for damages.

We had a clogged sink, he came over very late after making us wait for him all day. He supposedly fixed the clog. I say supposedly because I am not able to use the sink yet. He poured some baking soda and white vinegar and told us wait half an hour then pour hot water and because it was late he left. He then told us his job is guaranteed for 6 months and if there is leak, he would come back to fix it. Sure enough, after we poured the hot water, it leaks so we called him. He said, he will be there tomorrow afternoon but he never showed up, so we finally called him. He said my phone was dead. Anyway, he made appointment for next day which he didn't show up or called either. So we are left with a leaking water sink now. He is unprofessional and I would not call him a plumber.

I had an appointment with Joey Polermo of Joey George Plumbing two days ago. He was scheduled to be here between 4-5 PM. After trying to reach him as it was approaching 6:00 PM, he finally sent a text saying he couldn't make it but promised to be here at 9:00 am the next morning. He not only didn't make it yesterday morning, he never called or sent a text even though I sent him a text and left him a voice mail. A complete NO SHOW with absolutely no communication. I finally called Four Star Plumbing and they sent someone out right away. I had hired Joey George Plumbing once before and Joey was on time and did a great job. It's too bad.
