The guy tried to strong-arm another estimate fee out of us when we were buying a new home and asked questions about the first estimate we saw on some work. All we did was ask if the estimate included resetting fixtures because the estimate wasn't itemized. It came off as unprofessional at best and macho at worst, complete with sarcastic emojis.
