Puts an ad in the paper and does not return calls. Called and left 3 times and never returned my call. Called again and he answered phone and was like you were bothering him. Told me he would be here Tuesday or Wednesday and would call before he came. Never showed up and called again on Thursday and left a message. No response. Why put an ad in looking for business if you treat them like crap. He should take a swim in one of his own pools because that is what he is. A piece a crap.

do yourself a favor, you get what you pay for beware folks.
when you get a reasonable rate, you get reasonable service. worse in my case,paid joe to come to my house to service cesspool.two month after airate and chemical overflowing again,doesn't back up his work no call back,no response...
maybe d & b, consumer affairs, or i'll see him in court then maybe i'll get a response...

My husband and I came home from work to find a big flood of water. We called Joe's Sewer& Drain around 8 pm and Joe came without any hesitation within the hour. He fixed the problem in less than an hour! He was friendly,courteous and worked carefully as to not leave any mess.
We definitely have someone dependable that we can call if necessary again. Thanks for coming out so late and helping us Joe!

Three months ago Joe's Sewer and Drain came to my home and pumped 2000 gallons out of my cesspool. Joe said if I had any other problems to give them a call. So a month later I called and told the receptionist that I was having a rotten egg smell everytime I flushed a toilet, used a dishwasher or ran the kitchen sink. She began to tell me that that smell was normal and it would go away eventually. Well 2 months later I still have the horrble smell, I called again earlier this week. The receptionist relayed my complaint to the owner who called me back and said he would be by when he was in my area to take a look. 7 days later no call no one stopped by. I made another call and the receptionist repermanded me about how she and Joe told me the smell was normal, there is nothing they can do. I told her I can't believe you are telling me that rotten egg smell is normal. She raised her voice and started talking to me like I was an idiot. I then terminated the phone call. I want anyone who uses or is thinking of using this company to know they are unprofessional and will not take care of a problem they guarentee to fix. Very disappointed! Hundred of dollars down the drain.
