After I noticed a ceiling leak on our living room floor, I contacted Joe, who lives down the street from me, and he came out in a matter of a few hours and patched the leak. Given that I did know the severity of the problem (i.e., would the ceiling collapse?) his prompt response was a reassurance to me and he charged me a very reasonable price for an emergency call and the services rendered.

Been meaning to write this review. Easter of 2015 we had family staying with us and our main line got clogged. I found Joe online and he came out and fixed our problem. He is very affordable, and I just recommended him to our neighbor who is in need of an excellent plumber. If ever we need a plumbing service, I'm calling Joe first!

Joe's Plumbing Works, simply put, is the best. I contacted him on Monday and he was at my home on Tuesday - and he actually arrives on the day and time that he schedules. He is courteous, knowledgeable, and completes his work in a timely manner. Not only did he complete the job that I had contacted him about, he also took the time to do another small repair that I had not previously mentioned.

Such great customer service and he did an awesome job fixing my back up kitchen sink on a Sunday when my entire family was over for brunch , he was very professional and reassured me that he would fix my sink . The back happened on Sunday afternoon he came back first thing Monday as promised and fixed it !

Great job! Joe actually answered his phone when I called and texted me when he was 20 minutes away. Mine was a simple sink repair and unclog but Joe handled it all quickly and professionally. I'l definitely use Joe again and recommend him to my neighbors.

Joe just saved our Thanksgiving. The laundry and kitchen sinks backed up in the middle of preparing our holiday dinner and my husband had the *brilliant* idea to borrow a huge power drum and snake from a neighbor. You guessed it; the snake got stuck in the pipes somewhere under the house and our dinner was on hold while we frantically tried to find someone to help us. Joe to the rescue!! He remarked that ""We're not having dinner at my house for a couple of hours, anyway"" and was here within 15 minutes. Shortly thereafter, he managed to wrangle the snake out of the drain and yippee! the clog was gone. We all had a good laugh and he barely charged us anything because he ""appreciates people who try to DIY"" --- but don't get any bright ideas, lol!! Next time, we'll just call Joe first.

We have just moved to Walnut Creek and don't have a list of
""go-to"" contractors and good service people. Actually with Yelp
our whole process of finding excellent contacts is a cinch! Called
Joe (5 star Yelp reviews) Tues and he was under the sink on Wed!
He did a perfect job of eliminating a huge garbage disposal, complete
with icky insides. Great personality, great workmanship....we were
thrilled to have him as our plumber. His price was more than reasonable, and his
knowledge and skill make him invaluable! Engaging personality, a real
asset to his talents! Will keep his number handy, highly
