This Saturday morning I had an emergency leak. My old main water shut-off valve has been dripping water for few days and I needed help fast. I called Joe who came in and stopped the leak quickly with a smile on his face. He's very professional and experienced! I was impressed with his work! Highly recommended!

I was convinced to replace the water pressure regulator by some other (with afancy logo and fancy truck) plumbers. They sounded serious.. but ""unfortunately"" i lost their number and they didn't call back.
Another one refused to come bc i was in a different city, i couldn't make the girl onthe phone to check my address on google maps so she would see that ibam only 2mins driving distance (2min tops)

So i called him. He was clean and sharp.. and he spent half an hour to convince me that i do not need a new regulator.. and he fixed the problem. Meanwhile he listened me carefully to make sure he covers everything.

As a result he charged me a fair price, he could have just went with what I asked.

For his honesty and good craft i will recommend him anyone i know.z

Had a shower head pipe snap at the threaded connection in the wall on a Saturday evening. Called who you might usually call in a plumbing emergency situation - the listing at the top of the search page, the big name brand plumbing people. Fortunately for me they were busy and wouldn't be able to get to me for a few hours. So I scrolled down and came across the reviews for Joe. All 5-star, all saying similar good stuff. Called Joe and arranged for him to come out Sunday morning at 8. Joe arrived at 8 sharp and 45 minutes later he was done. Didn't even charge the usual Sunday double-time rate! Will definitely call Joe for any future plumbing work, planned or emergency. And I will be recommending him to all my friends and family for their plumbing needs too. Definitely call Joe if you need plumbing help; the reviews you're reading are for real!

Joe came out to my house on Super Bowl Sunday after 5:00 pm and didn't even charge me! That said, this will be the plumber I'll call in the future. He was not able to solve my problem on Sunday night because I needed to replace a toilet. Unfortunately, Joe was booked the next day and I needed to get the toilet replaced immediately. So, I had to go with another plumber to finish the job. I really hated not being able to give Joe the job. Joe was professional and so courteous - anyone that will come out after hours at no charge is pretty great in my books.

I rarely give 5 stars. Joe (from the Commonwealth of MA) answers texts and shows up when he promises. The quality of the work is good. Last Saturday, I texted him early. he responded in minutes even though he just got up. He came out right away with comforting advice on what to do. I wish I were building a house so I could throw the business to him. He is also excellent in taking care of tenant issues if you are renting out a house.

I can't thank Joe enough for his help. We had a new counter with sink installed, and I figured I could easily hook it up myself. I didn't figure on the 40-year old shut-off valve shearing off when I tried to disconnect the old dishwasher (at 11pm--just one more thing before I quit for the day). I left the water supply off, went on yelp and read through a few reviews, and chose Joe based on the stellar reports from his customers. I called him at 7:30 the next morning, left a voice mail, and he called me back immediately. Although he had a job scheduled, he told me he'd call that customer to see if he could show up later for that work, so he could help us out. To my great relief and appreciation, they agreed, and he was able to come by that morning. Realizing that sometimes it's just best to have a professional do the job, we asked him if he would also install the new garbage disposal and re-plumb the drains, since we had changed the orientation of the sink. He did a great job on all. Now, we hadn't asked for a quote up-front, since we were panicked about having no water, and some people might have taken the opportunity to charge us more after the work was done, but Joe's price was extremely reasonable, and we are extremely grateful. Next time we have any plumbing job, we will definitely call Joe, and I'd recommend him to anyone needing a plumber. Thanks again, Joe!
