They took a step by step approach to assess the problem, instead of assuming a worst case scenario (which would be the most expensive). They definitely know what they're doing and are not in it to trick customers for money.
I cannot recommend this company highly enough! They were honest with us, and worked well into the night until the problem was fixed. We will definitely be going to them in the future and recommending them for all plumbing needs.
