Jeffanne E.We had a plumbing problem that we originally went to Puma Plumbing for, but after a couple of days of being egged on without anybody showing up, we called Joe's in the late afternoon and they came out that same day. They took a step by step approach to assess the problem, instead of assuming a worst case scenario (which would be the most expensive). They definitely know what they're doing and are not in it to trick customers for money.
I cannot recommend this company highly enough! They were honest with us, and worked well into the night until the problem was fixed. We will definitely be going to them in the future and recommending them for all plumbing needs.
