Left a message on Sunday, thought they'd call back on Monday morning to schedule. Nope I had to call them. They said they could be out on Tuesday in the afternoon between 1 and 4, and would call about a half a Hour prior to arriving. So 3:45PM rolls around no call no tech. I call their office and a lady answers, I explain the situation and she responds that they overbooked for the day and would call the tech and call me right back. So 30+ minutes later nothing. I call back and she explains she can not get ahold of them. Ok I'm not an expert but isn't communication key? Please, Call your customer and let them know what is going on. I asked what time was their hours and they usually work until 4:00, noting it was 4:15 I wasted 1/2 day of vacation from work and they didn't have the smarts to call and say they overbooked and may not be able to get to us? Recommendation do not even call these folks, let them call you.

When I came home from work and found something not as I expected, they returned my after hours voice message and then returned the next day (no charge) to take care of my request. They cleaned up well after they finished their work--an added bonus. I would not hesitate to call them again for my old house plumbing needs.
