I detected a serious water leak under the house last Friday evening and needed help asap. I chose to call Joe's Plumbing based on their superior YELP ratings. They didn't disappoint. Joey came out that night, went under the house and quoted a price but said he couldn't do it that night because of another emergency, but promised to be here first thing Sat. morning. Joey and Eric showed up on time, got right to the job and finished in record time. They were so great to work with...very knowledgeable and answered all my questions perfectly. The actual charges were less than quoted! I am a VERY happy camper.

We had a plugged sewer line to our house on a Saturday. Called and answering service said they would have Joe call me. About 20 minutes later Joe called. He said he had two calls ahead of me but he could come out after that. A little over an hour Joe and his son Joe were at the door. They were great to work with, knowledgable, thorough and polite. They quickly diagnosed the problem and made the necessary repairs. Their rates were very reasonable, especially considering it was Saturday. Would definitely use Joe's Plumbing again and highly recommend them to others.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Joe's plumbing is the real deal. Our fist call to him was 4th of July weekend 2014. We had thrown a 4th of July party on Friday. Both toilets had clogged and backed up through the toilet and bath drains the next day. We called Joe's Sunday morning and they came out, snaked the main line and was in and out within the hour! What business will do holiday weekend calls??? Answer: JOE'S, that's who!!

We've used them on two other occasions and they have responded and solved our problems within an hour of our distress calls! They just left our house and fixed a kitchen sink clog, installed and new faucet and repaired a small issue with one of our toilets. All done within an hour!!!

We have an old home and expect a few plumbing issues throughout the year. We will NEVER call another plumbing company. Joe's is our go-to!

We had water leaking into our garage from our upstairs bathroom. Could there be a bigger ""ugh""?! A friend recommended Joe's Plumbing, so I looked him up on Yelp and checked out his website. On his website, it says Joe has a dog named Elvis that he takes to work with him. And right there, I knew I had found the right plumber.

Joe came right over within a couple hours of my call. He quickly assessed our situation and said it was a very easy fix--he just needed to replace a valve. He also looked at a few other minor issues we'd been having with a noisy toilet and leaky sprinkler. Joe was on time, quick, straightforward, and very reasonable--plus I got to meet Elvis. I hope I won't need Joe's plumbing services often, but when I do, that's definitely who I'll be calling.

My water heater went out and I went out and bought a new one from a local hardware store thinking that I could easily install it myself since I have done many DIY projects around the house and have been in construction all my life. So I brought it home and removed my old water heater no problems. Then as is got into reading about new installations and not knowing all the new building codes and realizing that I needed to install new water service line ect ect that it would be better to have a professional do the install especially because it was a gas installation. I called a few plumbers and everyone was too busy or in all cases was in my opinion way too expensive. I was quoted 750. $ from one local plumber to do what I perceived was an hour or two worth of work. And they couldn't get to me for a week one contractor was actually condescending and totally rude.Then I called JOE. He quoted me over the phone immediately and came out the very next morning. He was incredibly nice quick professional and did a fantastic job in an hour and a half and even took the old heater away with him for a meager charge. I can't tell you how pleased we are with this company. Honest quick and a great job. They even cleaned up nicely after the work. It was a pleasure to write the check . Thank you so much Joes plumbing!!!! I just wanted to add his final price was very affordable.

Tried to take advantage of my 85 year old grandmother. Charged her three times to fix the toilet, same issue. Which adds up when it is 140.00 an hour. Then threatened to have the cops come when she refused to pay. Just a sad business. Stay away.

Joe just finished a simple job for us for a kitchen remodel. We needed to move the sink by 2 feet. We got 3 bids and went with Joe, because he had the most competitive bid and my gut told me he knew what he was taking about (and the prior reviews helped, too). He showed up on time (close enough), and finished quickly and professionally.

I do have to say I don't love the answering service, because I always have to wait for a call back (and with 3 little kids, it's tough to pick up the phone when it's not on their terms), which can lead to a lot of back-and-forth. But I admit that's sort of unique to my situation, so I'm not going to take any stars away. I am very happy with the result overall.
