Joe's Plumbing came to our house twice and was unable to fix a minor problem. Stating as they were on their way out,""I think we got it fixed"" Think ? Not good !

When you ask about a plumber on local Facebook pages and Nextdoor, Joe's is one of two names that comes up over and over. We've had them over for several things in the last few months - fixing the shoddy work of a handyman, draining a water heater, and consulting on a leak. They are affordable and pleasant and they (Joe and Joey) go out of their way to help you in my experience, particularly in emergencies. I wouldn't hesitate to hire again. Thanks guys - Tom.

Been trying to repair a pesky leak in front of house at the sprinkler/hose connection for a couple of weeks. Then this morning, found a leak in upstairs bathroom. Saw previous recent recommendations on Nextdoor and called Joe's Plumbing first thing this morning. Left a message with their service and got a return call within an hour. Eric came over within 1/2 hour. Took a look at my bathroom and my sprinkler and had it fixed in no time. Affordable as well! Highly recommend Joe's Plumbing. They will now be my go to plumber if I'd rather go play golf than repair a leaky faucet.

I can't say enough good things about Joe's Plumbing. They are always prompt and efficient. Everyone I speak to--from Joe, to his answering service, to the technicians he sends to our house if he himself can't come--are all skilled, knowledgeable, and friendly. This last time I was expecting only an assessment, but they were able to assess and fix our problem on the spot. This is the third time we've worked with Joe and each time has been a five star experience--we wouldn't want to work with anyone else. I started hearing a noise in my shower like water running behind the wall. I was concerned it was the beginning of a bigger problem so I called Joe and he came out to check on it for me (next morning, no charge). Turns out is was just the water in the shower head cycling back/through so no biggee. I'm very pleased to have him come out to give me a hand even though my problem turned out to be a non-problem and I now know who to call when something happens that does require a plumber. Another wonderful story from clients that had a Friday emergency! They needed a plumber and time was of the essence. They had to be out of their home completely so that the new buyers could move in. One quick call to JOE'S PLUMBING is all that was needed. Joe showed up at 8 am on Saturday and repaired the leaky pipe (inside a wall no less!). The new buyer wanted him to install a new water heater before they took possession on Sunday, and VOILA, new water heater installed the next day. Joe's Plumbing is simply THE BEST!

When our electricity was turned on after of being off for five days , we had issues with a suddenly broken water heater. We called Joe on a Thursday afternoon. He helped us get the warranty on the 4 year old hot water heater straightened out, came out a few hours after that, and then installed a new hot water heater the next morning! We know he had plans to go out of town early today (Friday), but he fit us in. Great, professional service. Highly recommend.

In my book, Joe's an every day hero. Out of nowhere, my water main burst and suddenly I had no water -- during the big power outages, no less! I called 10 plumbers that afternoon and two called me back. The first guy, who was highly recommended by friends, came by, checked out the situation, planned a complicated fix that would take 10 days to complete (i.e., 10 days without water) and wrote me a very expensive quote. My head spun. Joe, who also has excellent Yelp reviews, came by shortly after and said I could do that if I wanted, and it would probably work, but I could also do something much easier and more direct at a TENTH of the cost. And the next day, he and his son came and fixed the pipe within an hour! They even carefully cut and jackhammered the concrete (which the other guy said he couldn't do) and then came back the following day and filled it in with new concrete! Above and beyond. I LOVED Joe's no-nonsense, no BS approach -- along with his considerable expertise and good will -- and HIGHLY recommend him. You have no idea of the relief and gratitude I feel. Cheers to Joe!
