Funky smell in kitchen = dead mouse under dishwasher. Thank you to Joe's plumbing http://joesplumbing.us. Love joe and his son joe (Joey). They have come to our house a few times. I called them this morning and they came out today. Always consistently awesome!

I called Joe the Plumber because I was having problems with my water heater in a rental. I had previously had another plumber come out and he told me that I needed to have a bunch of work done and it wouldn't be covered under any of the warranties, etc. So when Joe came out, he did a temporary fix and told me to call him when the part came in. I called him and he was out there within a couple of hours and replaced the part.

I am now having another issue with the water heater, as I believe it is just faulty and I have called Joe, once again. Hoping we can fix this problem once and for all.

They seem to be quite efficient and prompt, up front and honest. They came to me highly recommended.

Called Joe to fix leak at sink and make connection for a broken pipe. He quoted $350 to fix both issue. After half hour to an hour of work, his crew were done. In hindsight, should have gotten multiple quotes as I feel $350 for such a small job was excessive. 5 star for speed, 1 star for price.

I contacted Joe's Plumbing because he had done work on the house before. After leaving messages with his answering service and phone tag of missed calls, How blocked out phone number! I asked Aunt if Joe was a paranoid person, she replied he's the most paranoid and suspicious man she's met.
I gave him a benefit of doubt Joe and his son came out to look at the scope of work, and to give me an estimate. He never did, no response from my phone call.
I won't be wasting my time with Joe's Plumbing ever again.

When your kid has flushed a small toy deep into the pipes of the toilet, call Joe's Plumbing like we did! We called in the morning around 11 and got in the cue for service and got a call around 3 saying that someone would arrive within the hour. Eric arrived on time and was friendly and efficient. In under 5 minutes, he was able to fish out the toy from the pipes and make sure the toilet functioned properly. It wasn't cheap but sometimes you really need the expertise and tools of a plumber. We are very satisfied customers.

Excellent service, polite and professional. I called Joe's office this morning with an emergency. He called me back a couple of hours later and had a service person at my home within minutes. Two items repairs in no time at a very reasonable price. I will always use Joe's Plumbing.

My regular plumber was unavailable and I called Joe on a Friday afternoon. He came by with his son within an hour. Joe Jr. hustled under the house and fixed a broken pipe in a jiffy. Very reasonable pirce too!

I read great neighborhood reviews about Joe's Plumbing, and that wasn't my experience! Joe blew into my home about 1/2 hour late with his son. He didn't apologize for his lateness....didn't even introduce himself or his son. I actually introduced myself to his son. My husband and he realized they went to school together. His son came up from underneath our home and went out our door, not to be seen again. Joe blew out the front door as fast as he blew in telling me he was going out of town for a week and answering the phone at the same time. Said he'd have some estimate to me the next day. That didn't happen! Instead he contacted my realtor and told him to find someone else. IMO, TOTALLY unprofessional and I would never recommend him. Guess he has enough work that he didn't need more.
