Tried to take advantage of my 85 year old grandmother. Charged her three times to fix the toilet, same issue. Which adds up when it is 140.00 an hour. Then threatened to have the cops come when she refused to pay. Just a sad business. Stay away.

Joe just finished a simple job for us for a kitchen remodel. We needed to move the sink by 2 feet. We got 3 bids and went with Joe, because he had the most competitive bid and my gut told me he knew what he was taking about (and the prior reviews helped, too). He showed up on time (close enough), and finished quickly and professionally.

I do have to say I don't love the answering service, because I always have to wait for a call back (and with 3 little kids, it's tough to pick up the phone when it's not on their terms), which can lead to a lot of back-and-forth. But I admit that's sort of unique to my situation, so I'm not going to take any stars away. I am very happy with the result overall.

Joe and his son did a good job for us on 3 occasions at our Bodega Bay home. Most recently we had some issues on a water main break, it broke twice, and he repaired it twice. It has never totally resolved and he now has totally dropped the ball. He said he was going to come out and resolve the issues then no response! I've called him 4 times with no return call. Totally unacceptable.

Not sure what happened but he is now off our list. He should be off yours too!

Joe and Co. has helped us with a bathroom remodel and a kitchen remodel. Prompt and reliable. There have been a couple of follow-up adjustments needed and he's gotten here the same day I called. Very happy with the work and the service, and I will be calling him again when I need a plumber.

It's tough to beat the prompt service and friendly people from Joe's plumbing. They call you back fast, get to the job fast, do a great/competent job - and you don't get overcharged.

Doing a concrete deck in the back and we realized we had to move a hose bib, and re-run a line under the house. My concrete guy called Joe, he stopped out this morning, said he would be back tomorrow morning at the latest. Had his sons out actually this afternoon, they did the job perfectly, fast and I think priced very fairly. Honestly it couldn't have gone much smoother.

I've had Joe out twice. Both times, he and his son have been out here very quickly after the call, they've fixed the problem quickly and at a reasonable rate. One time was to fix a leaky pipe in the ceiling above our downstairs bathroom and he also recommended a handyman who redid the drywall damage in the ceiling. Would definitely recommend them to anybody.

Couldn't have hoped for a better experience---reported a strange, new, mystery leak that had had us puzzled for about a week (hearing running water, but no water was on in the house). Joe Jr. arrived within 2 hours of my call and hypothesized that an old line running under the house may be the culprit. Sure enough we inspected out back under the deck and saw a pool of water---an old line that had been capped a few years ago had been broken by a nearby tree's root growth.

Joe went under the house's crawl space, and had the old line chopped and capped in about 15 minutes. Super service---so quick he also had time to fix a poorly flushing toilet whose jet holes had been plugged by calcium deposits.

Joe Sr. showed up just as was I writing the check to brag about how he had sent his top man out to do this job.
