Joe came out and removed a reverse osmosis system, hooked up the ice maker and fixed an inoperable faucet.
I called and left a message and he called back quickly. He's was pretty booked up so he came out a few days after I called.
He was very fast at assessing what needed to be done, mustered the appropriate parts and went to work. This house is old and most people break the plumbing when working on it. Joe didn't, he used his finesse and just like that the job was done.
He was so nice he called my mom Mrs. Bennett. This is her house I was just here getting a few things in order. I'm sure she will call him when she has other plumbing needs. Thanks Joe you're a class act and an excellent plumber.

Joe is one of the good guys. I bought a cheap water filter system which Joe installed and it leaked and broke. He came back three times to try to fix it, but it was just a piece of junk. I got a different system which he came back to install and removed the piece of junk. It works great. He always answers his phone and he always shows up. He's a local too, which is nice. Joe is an artist with what he does. He has an understanding of what happens with plumbing circumstances that I can truthfully say I have never encountered. The amazing part, he applies it, he fixes things in record time, and he teaches what he knows so you are empowered to maintain your own equipment until he needs to make a maintenance call. This man is inspired. Add to that his wife Jocelyn, who keeps his schedule humming. Bottom line, his prices are better than anyone's, he knows more than any plumber I have encountered, and he won't do anything that doesn't need doing. I have a 105 year old colony home. I run a plumbing snake through the main drain 3 or 4 times a year to keep it from clogging. I lost the cutter in the line. I called Joe's Plumbing. Joe and Mike were able to come by that afternoon and run a camera through the line and locate the cutter. Joe, Mike, and Paul came out midday the next day, dug the location, cut the pipe, retrieved the cutter, replaced the cut pipe with a handy clean out, and finished scoping the line with camera. I was relieved to find out that my line is in very good condition except for a spot about three foot long. I have been snaking my line out 3 or 4 times a year for the last 19 years because of a bad spot a few feet long. I highly recommend Joe and his crew.
