Woke up Thursday February 15 with no heat! After being referred to Joe's, they were here within an hour or so. After two opinions, we found out that our 35 year old furnace was dead. We got a quick estimate & was scheduled for a new furnace on Monday, a more important job needed to be done before ours, a newborn was coming home Saturday. So they brought a big heater for us to use. First thing Monday(8:10am) the crew was here! After tearing out our old one, they made sure we had heat by the end of the day( it was a big job). The crew was AWESOME . A big thank for the great job in sub-zero temperatures.

Made an appointment a week ahead of time for a plumber at 8 a.m. They didn't show up, called the office a few times. Two plumbers finally showed up at 4 p.m. They came rushing in and did a half wit job. The older guy stood around & told the younger guy what to do. Then they charged me $120 because it was $60 per guy! Don't use this company.
