Joe Tonner just replaced our main water line from the street into our house. We were so glad to replace the lousy old plastic pipe originally installed 35 years ago with heavy duty copper. Joe also installed a new shutoff valve in the street box.

Joe was really easy to talk to. He takes pride in doing things right, by the plumbing code, with top quality pipes, valves, and techniques. He really likes being a plumber, and he's punctual and organized.

I called Joe Tonner based on his review from another neighborhood media site. He was well recommended. He rebuilt the shower/tub faucets on an older rental property I have. Quick response and fixed the leak issue.
His pricing is competitive (not cheap) and performed the work I requested with no heartache and all service in one trip. He had to provide new parts to an old style set of faucets and got it all right. Tenant is happy. Landlord is happier.

I initially had a bad mixing valve in the kids shower that I called Joe for. He not only fixed the issue but found some down stream issues he fixed for free. I then called him back to install a tankless water heater. He recommended a product and installed with 24 hours. I will always call Joe for my plumbing needs. He reasonably priced, honest and good at what he does.

I was referred to Joe through a local social media site. I texted him and he responded promptly and offered me a two-hour window that morning of when he could come and look at our blocked kitchen drain.

He assessed the situation and told me what could be done and gave me a written estimate and fortunately, he could work on it then and there. He worked really hard on snaking the drain and even had to get his larger snake as it was a bit of a doozy blockage!

Joe was respectful of our property by wearing booties without even being asked, which I really appreciated. He was pleasant to talk to and up front about everything. He asked for my vacuum at the end to clean up and also wiped down with rags. I felt Joe's price was about what I expected. I would hire Joe again.
