GREAT Service!! I called for an estimate for a garbage disposal replacement. The owner responded promptly with the cost that the job would be and he gave me a next day appointment. The worker showed up on time using COVID-precautions wearing mask, shoe coverings and distancing. The job was finished in 30 minutes. My house was left clean also. The price was the same as quoted, there were no surprise charges. I will definitely use this company again for my other home projects.

Joel fixed an underground water leak in our front yard and driveway that was so severe that the water company (WSSC) threatened to turn off our water. Joel was very familiar with our community and the history of our faulty pipes and replaced the entire underground pipe leading from our laundry room to the front yard with no problem. He was knowledgeable, punctual, and friendly. WSSC later came out and inspected the work, and gave us the thumbs up that the leak was properly fixed! We are going to Joel for all of our future plumbing needs!

Extremely disappointed in Joel's Plumbing Service. We had our plumbing problem fixed at the end of year but the plumber never returned to finish the job! He was supposed to come back to cut down the pipes that are protruding above ground and re-seed the grass. This was SEVERAL MONTHS AGO. Phone calls and even a letter has not yielded a response. We are suing.

I was originally apprehensive because on BBB he received a poor review but it was from 1995 so I decided ""hey everyone deserves a second chance!"" Plus, my handy man recommended him and I asked for references and all 3 said they would hire again. I totally agree. Very professional, patient kind and willing to explain in detail everything that is to be done. I appreciate honesty and those that want you the consumer to understand what is about to happen. I would recommend and use him again. I used him for my water-main line that sprung a leak.
