We had a clog in our line which backed water into our tub and the toilet wouldn't work. Tom came from Joel's and diligently worked to fix it. All is good now and we thank him. We have been using Joel's for many years and their work is always topnotch. Can't go wrong with them. Thank you Tom. MAC
