I called Joel's Plumbing on Sunday of Thanksgiving weekend!
They called me right back & had Noah & George over first thing Monday morning!
They were wonderful! Very professional, hard working, & courteous! They went beyond in helping us! They have done work for us before & now we only call Joel's Plumbing. I would give them 10 stars if possible.

First problem, he came out to look at the problem we were having and charged us over $150. for a quote and didn't take that off the price if he did the work.
2nd problem, he finally came to fix our plumbing problem and charged us $300. more than the quote.
The worse part, he didn't fix it properly. It has been a year plus and the problem continued. We called Joel's several times with no response. We finally called another plumber and he actually fixed the first problem and fixed several things that Joel's did wrong and two of those things were against code! it is very frustrating when you pay someone for a service and they just don't care about the customer or their safety. Yes, I said safety because our sewage had actually been vented into our home and was making us sick.
I do not recommend Joel's Plumbing and I tell everyone that ask for a recommendation...Do Not call Joel's Plumbing and Drain in Pryor!

I needed a new gas oven installed and a water dispenser tube installed on my new fridge. I was quoted 125.00 per hour, and if extra parts were needed. They arrived at 11:00am. They installed my oven with no problem. When it came to my fridge, they did not use the new clean tuning that came with my refrigerator. They used an old mast mildewy tube that had been left by the previous owners many months ago so it was full of dost and dirt as well. They left a few minutes before noon so both jobs took just under an hour. I was charged 257.00. The invoice was not itemized so I have no idea why I was either charged for 2 full hours or some parts I wasn't made aware of. They didn't even use the parts I had for them to use (ie brand new tubing).
