I had an issue with my toilet non-stop running and since I have my own well and septic tank I needed to get it repaired as soon as possible. My house is over 70 years old and the valve to turn the water off to the toilet was stuck and not moving. I called Joel and he arranged his schedule and was at my house within a few hours. He was punctual, efficient, professional and was kind enough to explain to me what happened to cause the non-stop running. I was very pleased with my emergency house call and his ability to resolve the issue quickly and affordably.

I've written a review for Joel Sanders plumbing before, and I usually wouldn't write a second review unless something changed dramatically, but I have to say, Joel impressed me again.
We woke up to a leak under the bathroom faucet. I called the company phone number listed, and Joel picked up on the second ring. He asked a couple of questions and agreed to squeeze us in before another appointment.
He arrived less than 30 minutes after I called. He showed up with the right parts and tools (based on what I described). He fixed the sink, and the charge was reasonable. He was kind, respectful, and quick.

Joel was a referral from another local plumber and boy am I grateful! My outside main valve broke and was spraying water all over my yard. Joel came out and fixed it ASAP and was half the price of someone else I had called. While he was here, he changed the valves under kitchen sink and replaced damaged faucet (which was how the outside valve broke-long story). Amazing service and a nice person!
