Be careful, Joe the Pro Plumbing was by far the highest quote I received on a fairly simple job. About double from my other two quotes.

Joe and his crew did excellent work. He stopped by ahead of time and talked through the job and gave me a quote. He replaced my main line as well as installing a faucet and doing some repairs. When the day came for the install him and his crew did an excellent job. They tunneled under my sidewalk and then trenched my front yard. When they were done my yard still looked great and far better than I expected. I would recommend him with no reservations.

We had water leaking from our upstairs bathroom into our downstairs when we ran the shower. Joe was able to come out quickly (the day after we called). The fix ended up being cheaper/quicker than he estimated. Him and his crew were nice, and respectful of our home (removing shoes, etc.).

Communication: Joe answered all of our questions (I had a lot), and seemed to be very knowledgeable. I requested a text/call before they came over, which did not happen, but they came within the scheduled window of time.

Cost: I'm not sure how his pricing for emergency work compares to other plumbers, but the quote he gave us for a new water heater installation was fairly comparable to the other estimates that we got.

Five stars. We will contact Joe for our future plumbing projects.

This small company is the best! Joe answered the phone right away. He gave me a cheap fix at first. It didn't work, so we called him back. He and his team came over right away. They did something quick. It still backed up so he came right back and did temporary fix so that we could use it until they could come back. Today we had a a 3 men for 8 hours. It's all fixed. Joe was a nice and honest man. We appreciated the team's very hard work. Priceless.
