I messaged Joe The Plumber regarding a plumbing issue. He responded quickly via e-mail of what he thought the issue was even though he said that he wasn't working today because he had the flu. No other company would go out of their way and respond like Joe did. I will definitely call Joe if I have any plumbing needs in the future.

Joe is the best plumber I've *ever* hired. He showed up when he said he would, solved all my problems, charged what he said he would and was out the door in 30 minutes, all without using the $230 in parts I thought I needed to have replaced! He even explained what the actual problems were and answered all my pesky questions.

Joe has helped us several times over the years, most recently when our toilet was reinstalled incorrectly by our flooring people, resulting in a bunch of water in the floor and lower level wall. He diagnosed the problem, found a hole in our 90 year old lead pipes, replaced that section of pipe, and installed a new toilet. He showed us everything he was doing and why he was doing it, He is fantastic - honest, professional, a great plumber and an all around decent human.

Joe has been our plumber since 2017, he was recommended by our realtor, and his hourly rate is lower than anyone else I've called.
He's replaced a water heater, fixed a leaky sink and bathtub, replaced outdoor facets, helped renovate a bathroom including removing random pipes that were sticking out of the wall.
Besides just fixing stuff, I appreciate that he takes the time to explain the problem, and tell me how I could fix it myself next time.

I highly recommend Joe! I emailed him my plumbing issues and some photos, and he arrived on time and resolved them all quickly. My shower has a single handle, and it no longer mixed hot/cold so it was either screaming hot or freezing. He came with the correct replacement part, showed me how it worked and the faulty valve he removed. He also fixed my toilet that would not refill after a flush, and my kitchen sink faucet. Joe is helpful, honest and efficient. A friend recommended him after we had a plumbing emergency in which our shower leaked into the floor below. He was super quick to respond over email, easy to schedule when we needed him and quick to accurately diagnose the cause of the problem. While his hourly rate took me aback at first, he worked quickly and it was worth every penny. He didn't try to upsell us on some grand solution that we didn't need like the big companies would. We wouldn't hesitate to call him next time, though I hope we never actually need his services again - ha!
