Not impressed with Joe the Plumber in Cypress, TX. I would NOT recommend. Horrible price gouging and they claim to have FREE estimates what a joke! Called for a leak to be fixed in my bathroom. The price of the free estimate was $95.00 for nothing. I felt like the cost was a bit much for NO work done and only 5 minutes at my home. What should have been a FREE estimate. Waste of time and money. With times the way they are why does this company force people to pay for NO work done.

When Joe the Plumber initially called me, they mentioned there was no assessment fee to assess the low water pressure problem I was having. The technician showed up unenthusiastically and mentioned it would cost $187 to do an assessment. Waste of time.

Not impressed! The young guy, Juan, came out. He seemed clueless how to fix a leak outside. His only solution was to run new pipes. So, I ask for a quote. The quote was never created, according to the company, when I inquired a few days later. She said she would reach out to him but I've not heard anything back. Again, unimpressive.

I never got a chance to legitimately review this service after needing to be resuscitated after seeing the price I was quoted.

I have used Joe The Plumber on 2 occasions and was pleased both times. Not the cheapest around but easy appointments, 'on time', they send a trustworthy representative and do good work. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend!
