Called on July 19th to get a quote on installing a garbage disposal I told them I already had the disposal. I just need it installed.
I was quoted $225. Today July 28 I called and I'm ready to get it installed and now they're quoting me $297!

It's a pretty straight Install but now they are price gouging.

I've used them in the past and have been extremely happy, but they have changed my mind now

I've been working with This company for number of years and been working with one of their plumbers Jimy Reyes for majority of those years. He is very professional and good plumber. I've always have found this company to be fair and honest and keeping their word and doing high quality work.

Run Forrest Run!! Overcharged by 2X and installed bathroom sink drain improperly. 2 years later, water everywhere. Won't come back to fix it, say it's a customer-purchased faucet and the labor is out of warranty. Very simple job. Run Forrest Run!!

I have to say, I've never ever had a plumbing company come out the very next day to service anything I've wanted done , I e always gotten the run around for weeks sometimes months , and I'm from Chicago , but when I called Joe's plumbing they gave me the estimate right over the phone and they came over the very next day and installed my sink drain and he was done like in 15 minutes , wow talk about quick service and this guy had the greatest attitude in the world ! As a Government employee , I would recommend this company and if anything this guy that came to install this who had the greatest attitude in the world who is very knowledgeable and very clean he never left a mess anywhere now my wife is going to be very happy thanks to Joe's Plumbing thank you Joe for saving my marriage! I called Joe the Plumber to have some faucets installed. I scheduled an appointment for a few days later. The plumbers Will and Josh arrived on time and I was even called approximately thirty minutes prior to their arrival. Service was performed quickly and efficiently. They completed the job in about an hour. Both guys were courteous and knowledgeable. They completed the job and it met my expectations. I rated the job as four stars only because I felt the price was a bit on the high side. I would recommend the company as their service was very good.

I called on a Sunday morning when neighbors detected a leak close to backflow at our house. Spoke with Virginia and said technician would be out in under two hours. Josh showed up and tightened our issue in meter box where it was leaking . Unfortunately, mine was a quick fix. The neighbors and their feed not so lucky. Very impressed with communication from both Virginia and Josh. Will certainly use them again!!

You never know with tradespeople what the outcome will be. I think that is historically a very true statement.

However, I am very pleased with the quality of care, service, honesty, knowledge, and thoroughness. The plumber not only fixed the problem at the initial visit but also found another cause of the recurring new construction issue. That in turn led to another discovery which has been resolved. We are grateful for their work ethic and diligence to resolve the issues.

Last, when I called for initial service, the lady who answered the phone and their in-house tech Mike, were very clear, polite, and helpful on the phone.

We previously used Joe the Plumber and had no issues. I guess that we pushed our luck. We asked Joe the Plumber to install a new toilet. Before the plumber left, my husband noticed the toilet and/or tank rattled. The plumber blamed the tank lid. He also said we had 7 days to report any issues. After a day or so, we noticed the toilet or tank was rocking and water was leaking onto the floor. We called to have the issue fixed within the 7 day period. The plumber came back to the house and leveled the toilet. When I noticed a charge on our bank statement, we contacted Joe the Plumber because the repair should have been covered by the warranty period. We were told that the problem with the rocking was our fault. Apparently we were supposed to do the plumber's job for him and level the toilet. Buyer beware. Please be careful when using the services of Joe the plumber. We don't want the same thing to happen to you.
