I was impressed with the front office staff. I needed someone to come on a Saturday and do work, and I was able to text a photo to tell them what I was needing, and they were able to come on a weekend.

However, the work was shoddy at best. The plumber came to fix the handle on the master shower, and replaced one part, but did not put the face plate back on, and left a gaping hole, while charging over $400 for a half done job.

I was impressed by the courtesy and professionalism of Joe The Plumber's replacement of our hot water heater, from start to finish! Oh my goodness- first off, the receptionist was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, and Matt our Field Supervisor and his assistant, were both professional, respectful and KNEW THEIR STUFF! I cannot stress just how impressed I am with their service! Kudos to a company well-run, and a job well-done!

I will most definitely recommend Joe's to family and friends, and will use them for our next plumbing problem!

I called tonight to request an estimate on service for an emergency plumbing issue with garbage disposal. I spoke with a female from the Cypress emergency line. She advised me that estimates have to be scheduled and that I would need to call tomorrow for scheduling because she only handles emergencies. After giving her a better description of my concern and advising her that I wanted to take advantage of the emergency scheduling she told me I still needed to call back tomorrow. At this point I've gotten the impression that its 6:30pm on a Friday and obviously past her hours of giving assistance. I inquired on how this emergency thing works if I still needed to call after 9am the next day? I also asked how do I bandage the issue until I call back, she proceeds to ask me "well how long have you already been dealing with this problem because it doesn't sound overnight?" I kindly told her never mind, I'm not interested in their services. I can't give any feedback on wether their plumbers are skilled but I can say their front line intercepting potential revenue sucks!

The guy that came out was very cocky and after tearing out our old toilet said he was going to have to re-run special plumbing or we were going to have to return our toilet, yet he tore open and destroyed the box before he looked at it all and then proceeded to tell us that Lowes wouldn't take our toilet back without a box. What a jerk!

Satisfactory service. Exorbitant price. $1100. to replace a toilet drainpipe flange. 1 1/2 to 2 hours work. When asked if they charge $500+ per hour was told they charge a flat rate. What is the flat rate? "Depends" 2 other plumbers said it should have been $300 to $400. CALLED to talk to owner or manager. He was on vacation. Would call me back. Waited 6 days and called back. He saw they had given me a estimate to repipe my house. Said he could make up the price on a repipe job. Gave me a quote for $4000 more than another company. Came down $3000 but didn't include replastering which the other company did. Said he still wanted me to be satisfied and would call me back by 12:00 the next day. No call. Waited a couple days and called back. Left message, but still no return call.Not satisfied at all. With price or customer service. I am in business also and don't take lightly leaving a review like this.

Had 2 problems, water heater went out and a leak from a 2nd floor bath. David was sent out, he seemed highly competent at his job, and had a professional demeanor and attitude. He was able to replace my water heater and identify the leak (a previous plumber couldn't find). Not only was he able to fix our leak he repaired some shoddy work on our bathtub hardware and sealed up everything better than I had hoped.

Problem: Water main valve busted while I was attempting to secure the water main. Knob came out and water went everywhere!

David Fernandez came to my house without hesitation at 900 at night. The scope of the job turned for the worst when one of the unions did not work. David drove back to the shop in Cypress (I live in midtown), assembled a valve and returned at 1100 pm! He fix the issue with a SMILE! He is a great guy and the customer service David and the company displayed was top notch!

I really appreciate David and I HIGHLY recommend you request him for your service!

I have used Joe the Plumber on many occasions and they have always provided great service and reasonable prices. Their work is phenomenal in comparison to others. I even had them out Christmas Day for an emergency where another plumber messed up. I will always use them. It is a great service. Highly recommend. You will not regret it.
