Satisfactory service. Exorbitant price. $1100. to replace a toilet drainpipe flange. 1 1/2 to 2 hours work. When asked if they charge $500+ per hour was told they charge a flat rate. What is the flat rate? "Depends" 2 other plumbers said it should have been $300 to $400. CALLED to talk to owner or manager. He was on vacation. Would call me back. Waited 6 days and called back. He saw they had given me a estimate to repipe my house. Said he could make up the price on a repipe job. Gave me a quote for $4000 more than another company. Came down $3000 but didn't include replastering which the other company did. Said he still wanted me to be satisfied and would call me back by 12:00 the next day. No call. Waited a couple days and called back. Left message, but still no return call.Not satisfied at all. With price or customer service. I am in business also and don't take lightly leaving a review like this.

Had 2 problems, water heater went out and a leak from a 2nd floor bath. David was sent out, he seemed highly competent at his job, and had a professional demeanor and attitude. He was able to replace my water heater and identify the leak (a previous plumber couldn't find). Not only was he able to fix our leak he repaired some shoddy work on our bathtub hardware and sealed up everything better than I had hoped.

Problem: Water main valve busted while I was attempting to secure the water main. Knob came out and water went everywhere!

David Fernandez came to my house without hesitation at 900 at night. The scope of the job turned for the worst when one of the unions did not work. David drove back to the shop in Cypress (I live in midtown), assembled a valve and returned at 1100 pm! He fix the issue with a SMILE! He is a great guy and the customer service David and the company displayed was top notch!

I really appreciate David and I HIGHLY recommend you request him for your service!

I have used Joe the Plumber on many occasions and they have always provided great service and reasonable prices. Their work is phenomenal in comparison to others. I even had them out Christmas Day for an emergency where another plumber messed up. I will always use them. It is a great service. Highly recommend. You will not regret it.

The driver in vehicle #10 nearly caused a huge accident today. When I called to report it, the guy that answered the phone with an attitude so I have a feeling it was him. He said that he was the supervisor and asked me what I wanted. After explaining what happened he still had an attitude so I told him that I will handle this a different way. His comment to me was what are you going to do, call the police? He said it's not like they are going to write a ticket for cutting someone off. REALLY? I will never ever do business with this company. If this is how the 'supervisor' handles business, I would hate to see how they would handle a plumbing issue.

Bad customer service/policies. They came out and gave us an estimate and the technician made me uncomfortable. We scheduled to have the work done on the condition that they send send a different tech but they assured us they would honor their original bid. When Matt showed up to do the work he told me the price would be increased by a third and obviously he had no intention of doing the work that day as scheduled . The receptionist was supposed to talk to the manager but never got back to us. Terrible.

I've used them multiple times over the years and they have always been prompt, professional and skilled. The work they've done has always held up and the prices were in line for the scope of each job.

The only reason they didn't get 5 stars was that they always complain that I am not in their market area before giving in and "doing me a favor" because of the repeat business. Finally I have chosen to find someone else though I will miss their good service.

I am a DIY person and was changing the valve cartridge on my Moen shower then the stem broke on a Sunday at 2pm and it would not come out. Problem with a shower is there isn't a shutoff so I couldn't turn the water back on to the house. Called 10 plumbers over the next two hours and Joe The Plumber was one of 3 companies that answered their phone but the only company that could send someone out in a few hours on a weekend. I am so appreciative and thankful they could come out after hours on a weekend to fix the issue. Price was good especially considering after hours work. Shower works great now !!

I have used them twice one at home and one for business. The first visit was at my home which went great. Good service reasonable price. The tech was awesome.

So after first experience when we had a issue with our hot water heater at work I immediately thought joe the plumber. Everything was great made call hour later come out tech. Not same as my house, he was totally rude and gave outrageous prices. He continued to tell me it would just cost little bit more to replace unit. The unit was just over year old. I call manufacturer and we were just out of warranty due to use in commercial setting. The went to tell me all parts that would need replaced would be no more than $50 for all. He was trying to take total advantage of me. Im a small business owner and every penny really matters. After finding out actual price i called office to discuss why such high quote and was told tech would call me back. Upon his call he was extremely rude and basically told me to call some other plumber to do the work. I was in total shock. So that's what i did I called a different plumber who got job done asap for only $185. They provided great service and great price. I hope they fix the techs attitude cause he will continue to lose them quality customers. I will not go back again.
